The front desk staff are bir intimidated. Not all guests are the same. They were not very welcoming. Just seemed too scared for some reason. They forgot to smile.
For a property of this level a coffee machine would have been helpful. Instant coffee is old school. Nobody uses this anymore. I ended up buying coffee cause of this.
Other guests were noisy. They knew they were untouchable and they were there for the weekend to party cause they can’t where they are coming from. Nobody did anything to stop them.
The room was very nice and very large. The balcony is a great addition when the weather allows.
I have to say that one of the ladies at the front desk was very kind to me when I told her about the noise problem when I checked out. She offered me coffee which was very kind. The lady at the coffee shop was extremely kind and welcoming to the contrary to most of the staff at the hotel. They should learn something from her.
