La atención de los empleados, actividades tanto para adultos como para ninos, habitación amplia, servicio de limpieza excelente durnte las 24 horas del día por todo el recinto. Como contra, instalaciones un poco deterioradas por el paso del tiempo y poco personal que hable inglés. En general una muy buena experiencia que sin duda repetiremos en un futuro.

We had a great time staying here in June 2022 for 12 days. The hotel is right on the sea with fantastic views everywhere. We booked a a terrace room, but thanks to the manager, we were upgraded to a more spacious family room which is also cooler and more conveniently located. The hotel has a great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Guests are from all over the world, with Germans being the largest group. Some keep coming here regularly for many years. It's not a top-end luxury property, but a solid choice for people looking for balance between budget and comfort. Our special thanks to Altan, the property manager, and Sait, who organized several transfers for our group - your hospitality really made a difference!

Great hotel. Which was fab in its hay days. Could be upgraded in the bedrooms. Good and entertainment was good. Staff friendly and helpful. A good location to see the Roman ruins at Side.

Je n’ai rien de négatif à dire sur l’hôtel, ne serait-ce que les points suivants: - les chambres sont à rénovées - le nourriture pourrait être un tout petit peu mieux. - je pense que l’hôtel pourrait former un peu ses employés (un strict minimum) Sinon pour le reste : top Point positif - la plage - les soirées.

Leider wird das Hotel nicht gepflegt und gewartet. Es ist deutlich in die Jahr gekommen, ob Anstrich, technische Geräte oder Ausstatung, man sieht überall Mängel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es war aufgrund der Jahrzeit nur 1 Innenpool in Betrieb, das Wasser war sehr chlorhaltig, die Lüftung funktionierte nicht. Die Außenanlage wird anscheinend in den Wintermonaten nicht gepflegt, am Strand liegt überall Plastikmüll und Unrat. Ins Meer geht es nur über gefährliche Felsreste im Wasser. Das Allinklusiv wird von den russischen Gäste sehr in Anspruch genommen, mit dem entsprechenden Verhalten.

Lobi Bar'daki Ali Bey başta olmak üzere, tüm çalışanları güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otelin temizlik, konfor, lezzet gibi özellikleri; üzerine yorum yapılmayacak kadar kusursuzdu. Otel yönetimine tek tavsiyem, sadece veganları ve vejeteryanları değil, midesi hassas olan kişileri dahi rahatsız eden ağır kokulu deniz ürünlerini açık büfede bir köşeye toplamaları, taze/sıcak pişen hiçbir şeyi balık kokusunun ağırlığı sebebiyle yiyemedik. Büfe konusundaki bu pürüz dışında otel öyle güzel ki, bu oteli tercih eden diğer tüm misafirler dahi anlayışlı, kibar ve güleryüzlülerdi. Ailelere, çiftlere ve yalnız gezen maceraperestlere tavsiye edeceğimiz bir deneyimdi. Önümüzdeki sene yıldönümümüz için geldiğimizde büfedeki sunumun değişmiş olması dileğiyle

Hotellet var väldigt långt bort från flygplatsen, det var fint utsikt, men servicen var dåligt, vi hade all inklusive med ett dubbelrum med dubbelsäng och havsutsikt, men fick ett rum med två separata sängar och poolutsikt, jag blev tvungen att vänta ett dygn för att få det rum som jag betalade för, Maten var alltid kallt, oavsett vilken tid man gick till restaurangen, sedan 30 min innan restaurang stänger så personalen började att ta bort maten, så de som skulle äta lite senare hade inte så mycket att välja på, men ändå de hade heller inte så mycket att välja på, jag blev magsjuk och stannade 2 dygn på rummet, det ända som jag var nöjd med var utsikten som hade via balkongen efter klagomålet och rumservice kvinnan som städade våran rum, och minibar killen som hade ansvaret för att fylla på minibaren varje dag, (grattis minibar) det var mycket folk från Ryssland som bråkade hela tiden, blev slagsmål en kväll och kom polisen, dagen efter var polisen överallt, jag har varit i Turkiet flera antal gånger, men denna gången var det sämsta som jag har varit med, det stämmer knappt omdömen som Hotel.com har givit till denna hotellet , känner mig lurad, det var inte värt pengarna att betala till denna hotellet, även om jag blir bjuden och bor grattis där kommer aldrig tacka JA till det, Ni som ska resa till Turkiet/Antalya välja alltid de hotellet som ligger i Lara området, helt annat service, väldigt bra och bästa service inriktad hotellet ligger i dess området.

Bad smell pf fried oil on the whole first floor .Terrible and not fresh food .Alkohol and drinks mixed with water .Not a proper service in the restaurant .Not even a woman toilet near the pool .Old and not that clean towels which we have to take from the spa which is far from the pool that means instead of enjoying my vacation i have to run for towels Terrible bed , i got neck and nack pain , and this was i a suite room we have paid 3200 euro for 6 nights , it was all inclusive but we found a restaurant outside the hotel and spend every day 300-350 euro for food . This was the first 5 star hotel wich offers mini bar but you can find there nothing just cola, Fanta and sprite, no alcohol no sweets. I will never go to this hotel again, and after this i will always read the comments before i book something. This is my first experience like this and also the first time in my life that i leave a comment like this about a Hotel.

Von der Kategorie sicher kein 5 Stern Hotel. Sehr schöne Anlage. Freundliches Personal ausser an der Reception nicht Kundenorientiert. Zimmerservice könnte besser sein. Gebrauchte Gläser standen 3 Tage im Zimmer, wurden nicht abgeräumt und frische hingestellt. Gebettet wurde auch nicht richtig. Handtücher im Bad nicht immer frische. Essen fein aber immer etwa das Gleiche. Erwarte mehr für ein 5 Stern Hotel.

Definitiv kein 5* Hotel. Es ist sehr heruntergekommen, die Ausstattung ist sehr altmodisch, fleckig, Wände sind schmutzig, Hygiene lässt sich bezweifeln. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht. Die fällt aber sehr bescheiden aus. Es gibt Plastik Früchte statt echte Früchte in der Suite, was einem 5* Standard nicht gerecht wird. Das Bad fällt auch sehr klein aus. Die Farbe blättert überall ab, an den Spiegeln, Wänden etc.. die Musik ist so laut und die Iso so schlecht, dass man die Disco bis nachts um 23:15 direkt im Zimmer hat. Mit Baby ist das untragbar. Die Familienzimmer, welche unsere Freunde gebucht haben, sind in einem separaten Appartment Hotel, was völlig abgeschieden ist vom Haupthotel. Sie haben ein Zimmer im UG bekommen, was einem Kellerabteil gleicht. Die Gänge sind schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Die Terrasse blickt direkt auf eine Wand. Auch der Familienpool ist fernab vom Haupthotel und das Buffet da ist sehr mager und eintönig. Das ganze Familienangebot ist maximal 2-3*. Und unsere Suite maximal 3-4*. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden definitiv nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen. Der Coiffeur Salon ist fernab von Wellness. Beim Haare waschen blickt man auf überklebte Löcher an der Decke. Meiner Freundin wurden die Haare so eingedreht, dass sie sich verfangen haben und aus der Bürste gerissen werden mussten. Es gibt nur 1 Restaurant im Hotelangebot, was man bis 16 Uhr reservieren muss, ansonsten bleibt nur Buffet, was auch nicht 5* Standard gerecht wird.
