“We were very appreciative of being able to check in a little early. However, the check-in instructions and information could have been much clearer. We rented the full 3-bedroom house, but each bedroom had a digital lock requiring a code. We were not given all of the codes initially and had to ask for them, then follow up again for the third room. I found this concerning from a safety/fire-safety standpoint, as the codes must be entered every time and one door was especially difficult and...

“Very clean interior.”

“Wish you could control the weather!”

“Host was quick to respond and helped us get in early so we could get ready for the wedding we were going to. House was clean and had everything we needed.”

“Everything was good but nothing exceeded expectations. There is room.for improvement, we did hit a few small snags but we made it work and Gil seemed pretty nice. The set up of the farm house was fine although the pictures do make spaces look much bigger than they are in person. We had some issues with the code to get in but fortunately Gils brother was near by to help. The cleanliness is my biggeat reason for not giving 5 stars. The kitchen and bathrooms looked like they had been cleaned but...

“Perfect for our needs. Back yard was great. ”

“Overall it was a giod stay. Some amenities were not stocked but we were able to pivot.”

“I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

“We loved staying here! The area where it’s located is calm and quiet, easy to locate. The studio is adorable and was perfect for what we needed while traveling with our two dogs. Julie was amazing at communicating all check in details and answering any questions. She checked on us to make sure everything was going well, super friendly! We plan on staying here again next summer.”

“Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. ”

“It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with...

“Lovely cottage. Would stay again.”

“Perfect for our littles, the house is right on the water. Great location, clean house. We told the host we had trouble with AC they came over to install another window unit. My daughter got sick and they answered the phone immediately to suggest a local urgent care. Very responsible, respectful of our privacy and a lovely house. We would stay again.”
