    The Space:

    Soft city light pours through tall windows as you step into a retreat above Manchester’s lively Ancoats district. From the terrace-style balcony, the skyline stretches wide, framed by the quiet shimmer of New Islington below. Inside, warm textures, open space, and thoughtful touches create a home designed for rest and connection after a day in the city.



    Living space

    Settle into the spacious living area where you can unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV or simply enjoy the view through glass doors that lead to the balcony. The terrace invites you to sip morning coffee or watch the sunset as the city hums in the distance. A comfortable sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed for additional guests, available upon request. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.     Two king-size bedrooms offer privacy and comfort across two levels. Upstairs, a peaceful bedroom includes mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom downstairs features open wardrobes and soft lighting for a relaxed night’s sleep.

    Two bathrooms provide convenience and space for everyone. One includes a bathtub for long soaks, and the other a walk-in rainfall shower. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided for your stay.

    The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and free in-unit dryer. A kitchen island doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for casual meals or as a workspace for business travelers. Complimentary coffee, tea, and Nespresso capsules are available.

    Guest Access:

    Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



    In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



    Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

    Getting Around:

    When you walk out the front door of the building, you are right across the road from New Islington Metrolink tram station. From here, you can take the metro straight into Manchester City Centre via Manchester Piccadilly train station. You can also take the metro directly to the Etihad Stadium and/or the new Co Op Live arena. If you prefer, you can walk to the stadium or arena in 10-15 minutes. Behind the tram stop is New Islington Marina with a lovely selection of bars and restaurants - perfect for a sunny day.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.



    Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.     Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more.



    This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
