    The Space:

    We are excited to welcome you to Chicago | The Heim, a stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in Manchester's vibrant Gay Village. The property features a bold Chicago loft-inspired theme, open-plan living spaces & a range of thoughtful amenities. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.



    Kitchen & dining area

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, and coffee maker. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a 4-seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business. As the property does not include a dishwasher, we provide washing up liquid, 1 washing machine capsule, a sponge, a dish cloth, and 2 bin liners.



    Bedrooms

    There are 2 double-size bedrooms, both fitted with blackout curtains and double wardrobes, providing ample storage and a restful night's sleep.



    Bathroom

    There is 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in rainfall shower. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.



    Living area

    The open-plan living area is styled with chic Chicago-inspired décor and features a 55" Smart TV with Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime access. City skyline views add to the atmosphere of this inviting space.



    Sofa bed

    The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you're unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.



    Location & parking

    This property is located in Manchester's city centre district of the Gay Village. Manchester's central bar and retail district is within walking distance, along with nearby attractions including the Palace Theatre, Manchester Art Gallery, Bridgewater Hall, and the Northern Quarter. The Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop is just steps away, making it easy to explore the wider city. There is a public NCP car park located on Whitworth Street, a short walk from the property.



    As this is a city centre apartment block, please be aware that there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building.



    Guest Access:

    Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



    In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



    Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

    Getting Around:

    This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Gay Village. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located Whitworth Street - charges may apply. The closest train stations are Oxford Street Station and Piccadilly Station - both are located within a short 5-minute walking distance. There are trams and buses available from Piccadilly Gardens, around 5-minutes walking distance.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.



    Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provides services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more.



    Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend with you, then please check out our other homes. We have a large number of other homes that welcome your furry friends.

Concert visit

Had an overnight stay to attend a concert at Etihad Stadium. The location was ideal as close to city centre and public transport. Parking was close by and convenient. Apartment was very clean and ideal for our needs. Slight issue with the code for the door once originally in however called the number and got support straight away and resolved the situation. Very pleased with the trip and would recommend.

Great with two minor issues

Convenient location, easy to access, clean. Two issues- the bathroom smelled bad the entire time we were there. Not horrendous, but certainly noticeable every time we walked into the apartment. Assuming the pipes need a big clearout or something. The other issue that I was a bit more concerned about is the camera that’s in the apartment. It’s aimed at the entrance but no idea how wide the lens angle is. Made me uncomfortable hanging that in there. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed.
