Summary: We look forward to welcoming you to Midnight, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment centrally located near Manchester Piccadilly Station. The property has a unique design with faux plant walls and a moody, dark aesthetic. This apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
The Space: KITCHEN & DINING AREA The spacious, open plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Featuring a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and an induction hob.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 3 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains and fitted wardrobes.
BATHROOM There is 1 bathroom. The bathroom features a large, standalone bath tub and 2 waterfall showers on either side. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA The living room has a super comfy six seater corner sofa and a 55" Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon TV access as standard. There is an artificial feature rock-wall which adds character and intrigue to the space.
SOFA BED The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
ACCESSIBILITY The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator. If the elevator isn't working, you will be required to take the stairs. Please keep this in mind if you have any mobility concerns.
LOCATION & PARKING There are a number of off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. There is also a pay and display car park adjacent to the development, where it costs est. £16.00 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: Citi Park, 75 Dale St, Manchester M1 2EQ. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).
Guest Access: Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around: The property is located in Manchester City Centre, less than 5 minutes walking from Manchester Piccadilly train station and Manchester Piccadilly Gardens. There are many different metrolink tram stations and local bus stops nearby. If you are bringing a car, there is a public car park right across the road of the building.
Other Things to Note: Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
