Didn’t bother checking in after reading reviews not suitable for women ! I’ve lost £67 but I’ll never use ur services again and will tell all my friends not to bother you should check ur venues properly before you advertise them We could not risk it so spent £180 to stay at the Britannia instead as we were going to see Rod Stewart for my birthday I feel very let down by you and the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE

This must be the worst hotel in Manchester, the lady behind the bar was rude and didn’t seem interested in us at all , I’m sorry to say after looking at the rooms and watching a group of people taking drugs right outside our window we left and booked another room at a different hotel in n Manchester Stay well clear !!!!!

Triple check your rooms facilities!

Staff were friendly enough, the room was clean and the bedding was clean. A group of young lads in the room next door up until 4am was a problem and we had to knock on the door several times to ask them to keep it down! Shared bathroom despite ringing to confirm we had a private bathroom and my booking confirmation stated private bathroom. Not ideal with a group of boys up all night as well. WiFi did not work. Served its purpose for 1 night but wouldn't go again, disappointed with the booking company not the b&b (which doesn't serve breakfast)

Attention, il est indiqué que la salle de bain est privative. Ce n'est pas la réalité ! Salle de bains et toilettes sont séparés ! L'hôtel comportant un pub, les clients boivent dehors et hurlent pendant des heures... Difficile de dormir!

Booked through ebookers it was said that the checkin-time ist 14:00-00:00. They also say they don`t have a reception. Due to the checkin-time i thought the bar will be open until 00:00, but apparently it wasn`t. I sent a text here through ebookers the day before to tell them my arrival time 11:30pm, but once i arrived it was all dark and nobody available at the phone. The Oyo Company sorted it out and gave me another hotel. But truely not a good experience in this area in the night with all the valuables...

The location of this hotel is very dodgy as in a ally way and there is man smoking and drinking downstairs as it’s a pub, I don’t remember ladies going to this hotel at all. The hotel room, the toilet room and the shower room are three separate rooms which makes it very inconvenient. Overall it was a very bad experience as I checked in on the day and checked out. That’s how dodgy I felt staying there. No girls recommend, for men it’s okay I guess.

Room does NOT have private bathroom as advertised. All rooms have shared bathrooms. Not private bathrooms. Absolute con.

For 80£ a night (about $130 Canadian), I was expecting more. Not having a private bathroom was disappointing, but at least we knew that beforehand. The room itself was only slightly larger than the bed. But worst of all of the sounds coming from the alley. The windows were closed, but it sounded like they were wide open. Through the night, we heard the street cleaners, we heard shouting of drunks (the hotel is located above a pub) and we heard the hourly emptying of glass containers into what I can only assume was a hollow metal echo chamber. We got very little sleep, and even though we had pre-paid for two nights, there was no way we were spending another night like that. So we made arrangements to stay at another hotel for the second night. I would like my money back.

it is in a noisy area of town and down a dark alley. 1 bathroom with 1 sink between 10 rooms is not enough. Rooms or Toilets need to have a sink to wash hands or fill the jug provided. That said staff very friendly and helpful. The website makes it sound a higher standard than it actually is.

Hi This hotel is incorrectly advertised, there was not on site parking, the room was nothing like the pictures on their website, the toilet was down a flight of stairs and not clean, we were advised that the bathroom was down the corridor, but we couldn't find it, the bathroom and toilet are shared with other guests. The hotel is very very poor, dirty, tatty, we handed back the keys and left to find another hotel for the night, I will be asking for my money back.
