We are excited to welcome you to Organica | The Heim, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment located in Manchester's vibrant Gay Village. The property features a spacious multi-floor layout with modern finishes, a fully equipped kitchen & thoughtful touches throughout. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The freshly renovated open-concept kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, induction hob, and dishwasher. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper - as well as washing up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine capsule, a sponge, dish cloth, and 2 bin liners. There is a 6-seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
Please note that these complimentary items are provided as a one-time courtesy and will not be replenished during your stay.

There are 2 king-size bedrooms, both fitted with blackout curtains or blinds. One bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom, while the other features a unique walk-in wardrobe-style storage area, offering ample space for your belongings.

There are 2 bathrooms. The family bathroom features a bathtub. The en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in waterfall shower. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
Living area
The living area features a 55-inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime TV access, giving you plenty of entertainment options after a day out in the city.
Duplex layout
Organica | The Heim is laid out across two floors. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible via stairs only - please keep this in mind if you have any mobility considerations.
Location & parking
This property is situated in Manchester's city centre district of the Gay Village, within walking distance of Manchester's central bar and retail district. You are conveniently positioned between Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations, making it easy to get around the city. There is a public car park located at Sackville Street, approximately 30 metres from the property - charges may apply.
A note on noise
As this is a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building. We want to make sure you can plan your stay with full transparency.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
The apartment is located on the edge of the Gay Village, positioned conveniently between both Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations.
There are several off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. There is a pay and display car park 30m from the development, where it costs est. £25.00 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: NCP, Sackville St, Manchester M1 3LY. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). Alternative, longer-term parking at a more preferable rate may be arranged for you upon enquiry.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website.
