Apartment was clean and check in was super smooth and easy. It is located in an industrial area so be prepared for that when you arrive. Lots of food options and public transport close by! Overall a great experience.

Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better. Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is needed. Everything is handled through the app, and during my stay, there was a lady who needed help and was asking for a phone number to contact someone, but unfortunately, I didn’t have one to give her. Other than those two things, everything was great, and I would definitely stay again!

Everything was as expected Check in & out was straightforward I had £99 deducted which I was not aware of but this was in case of damages / breakages which will be refunded after our stay. Maybe this could be communicated better. The floors were not clean (our feet were black) so we had to mop them ourselves. Could do with a new mop head in the apartment as it wasn't very clean & it t fell off (it wasn't attached to the mop handle) The shower door kept sliding open too. But apart from that floors everywhere else was clean & the beds comfortable.

Lägenhet 107 var rymlig. Vi var 3 vuxna med ett större barn. Rätt ok sängar sett till bekvämlighet. Lägenheten var generellt smutsig. Stopp i alla avlopp pga dålig städning. Vi använde varken diskmaskinen eller tvättmaskinen men öppnade både och det luktade illa ifrån båda. En byrå i ett sovrum var inte fastskruvad i foten, jag fick den nästan över mig. Det sämsta med boendet är definitivt läget. Det ligger i ett förfallet område, med mkt små business runtom som bilverkstäder, små lager.. flera tomma byggnader och mkt skräpigt på gatorna. Vi kände oss inte trygga i området. Kommunikationen med värden var också lite trög.

I read a recent review not to be concerned in what was looking like you were turning up in an industrial estate, the setting is odd yes but works well. It was a lovely stay and the apartment was really spacious, clean and had exactly what we needed, we had a great stay. It was an ok walk into the town centre aswell so if you like walking its only a stones throw away and was perfect for us. Manchester is a city centre, expect there might be a small amount of noise at times from groups who are clearly there for nights out - we heard some noise once and we had 2 kids with us - it was absolutely fine. You cant blame a property for someone elses behaviour is not their fault! But this was a few minutes down the hallway and if you cant cope with that you clearly forgot you were young once! The only problem we had was our double bed mattress was solid not comfortable at all, the 2 kids single beds were fine and they slept well. I would defo stay here again though for the value and location i cant complain :)

Great location for the city and arena. Plenty of Free parking outside property. Modern bathrooms and comfy beds. Everything we needed for our visit.

I have stayed at this property on a few occasions it’s in a great location, very clean however upon the arrival this time my key was not in the key safe had to wait for a response to then be directed to a spare key safe at the other end of the property this did not open however there was a key in a bowl on the table under the key safes I tried this and it worked feel like the security of the keys need to be manned better as anyone could of accessed the apartment I booked

Location is good and 15min walk to shopping centre. The room is clean. Easy check in and out but the door lock of our room is difficult to open. Overall, we will recommend.

Spacing is very impressive. I like double deck room very much. All kitchen amenities like forks. spoons and cooksets. Suitable for long stay. Good to cook and work from home.

We couldn't get access even when we tried contacting them. We had to rebook elsewhere and even though we made a number of our attempts we couldn't get our money back. Neither through the place direct or Hotels.com.

Mixed bag

The apartment was fairly spacious and reasonably clean. That said, one definitely had the sense that the proprietors were looking to do the bare minimum; for example, they provide a dishwasher and clothes washer / dryer but do not provide dishwasher detergent, dish soap, or laundry detergent. Also, their sign in the apartment had the wrong wifi password and the code for lockbox in their checkout instructions was incorrect in one place (and correct in another, though on a later page...). So overall the stay was fine, but I would not especially recommend it.

Noisy but good stay

The overall stay was lovely. The apartment was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy. However the location didn’t feel the safest as it is in the middle of an industrial park which feels very isolated from the city centre. Also the apartments are very noisy, we had neighbours who came back at 2 am and we’re arguing/talking very loudly and I could hear every single word and every footstep and door slam our entire stay. The apartments are very well equipped but are missing essentials like a tea towel, we had to use a bathroom towel to get things out of the oven and why have a dishwasher but not provide dishwasher tablets! We did however appreciate the free parking and the walk to town is doable about 30mins. Overall I would use pillo rooms again and enjoyed my stay.

Despite having already paid in full, during the check-in process we were asked to provide our credit card details again and choose between either paying a £90 deposit or paying £30 for so-called “minor repairs”. As we no longer had enough time to cancel the accommodation, we chose the second option, although both choices seemed very suspicious to us and we had never experienced anything like this before. When entering the apartment, there was an extremely loud noise throughout the property. It was even louder upstairs than downstairs. The closest comparison would be the sound of a running truck engine. The noise was caused by the bathroom ventilation system. Sleeping with this noise was simply impossible. The only way to stop the noise was by switching off the fuse, but this also meant losing almost all lighting in the apartment, except for the small light above the extractor hood. During the night we had to use our phone flashlights just to go to the bathroom. One of the beds in the apartment was completely broken and impossible to sleep on. It tilted heavily to one side and I actually fell out of it. There were many disgusting stains on the carpets, some of which even looked like blood stains. There were also very suspicious people in the building. At one point several men were arguing loudly directly outside our apartment door. When we reported this, we were only told that a contracted security company was involved.

Hotel was advertised as coming with parking. It does not. There is only on street parking which was full when we arrived. There is lots of police signs around advising thefts are very common in the area. Was advised would get check in details before 3pm (official check in) but instructions were not sent until after 3pm. Room was freezing. Very thin walls could hear other guests the whole time. Would not recommend
