The rural Villa Es Guerol with a small restaurant is a special property for families, nature lovers and hikers seeking peace and quiet. There is hardly a more unspoilt place to live on Mallorca than in this nature reserve. The old villa has been lovingly restored by its owners, who lived there themselves for a long time, without taking away its ambience, but with new attributes such as a small pool in the middle of a wooden terrace. The house is located on a mountain, so you have to expect a steep climb and is built into the mountain, so you have a fantastic panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains from the terrace and balcony. If you can't recharge your batteries here ... Lean back comfortably against a warm brick wall, let your gaze and thoughts wander into the distance from your sun loungers by the pool, heat up the spacious barbecue area and set the table next to the old windmill - pure enjoyment of nature.







Original on the outside, comfortable on the inside! The house has been renovated and modernised with a lot of love and good taste. The decoratively inlaid natural stone is a constant reminder that this is an old villa with sturdy walls. Just behind the living room, which is decorated entirely in earthy tones, a passageway leads into the open, gleaming white kitchen, which is equipped with the latest appliances and plenty of work surfaces. You can constantly look out of the window while preparing and cooking. The nourishing open fire or crackling log fire provide cosy comfort after all, a cool breeze can blow on a mountain so you need a little warmth in the house. The three bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which have balcony access and therefore panoramic views, are reminiscent of a hermitage with a cosy feel. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.



Breathtaking panoramic views, absolute tranquillity, secluded location and healthy mountain air in a nature reserve: The original gourmet villa Es Guerol can be reached from the leather and wine town of Inca via the Ma-13 in the direction of Selva and Mancor de la Vall (both are approx. 10 minutes by car from the villa). The last stretch can be a little steep for shopping at the weekly market or supermarket. However, you are completely secluded in paradise. The sea is approx. 30 km away by car, so a day at the beach can definitely be included in your plans.
