pool for rent for holidays in Puglia, in Urmo Belsito, 2 kilometers away
from the Ionian sea and the beautiful beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna.
It accommodates up to 8 guests. Small pets are allowed.
Villa San Teodoro is a fully-equipped and entirely fenced villa with video-surveillance system. Upon request, the swimming pool can be heated. The villa is framed by outdoor areas with solarium, parking area, outdoor shower and barbecue and equipped with accessories such asair conditioning, internet, washing machine, hair-dryer and bicycles.

Villa
San Teodoro is a newly-built charming villa in the green and lush
countryside of northern Salento, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees
and Mediterranean scrub. The villa combines the calmness of the
countryside with modern accessories such as the swimming pool (that can
be heated in low season). All of this, near the beaches of San Pietro in
Bevagna, characterized by crystal clear sea and sandy dunes.
Villa San Teodoro is framed by a courtyard with swimming pool, solarium and an airy porch with dining area. The luxury villa consists of a spacious living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa bed for 2 guests, well-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. One of the bathrooms is suitable for disabled guests.
 
 
The surroundings of Villa San Teodoro
Villa San Teodoro is in Urmo Belsito, residential area north of San Pietro in Bevagna,
on the Ionain sea. The closest city centre with amenities is 3
kilometers away. Urmo Belsito is less than 10 kilometers away from Punta Prosciutto , one of the beautiful beaches of the area of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. It is worth visiting Salina dei Monaci, where you can admire the pink flamingoes.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Heated pool with an extra cost of euro 250 per week upon request (notify 7 days in advance).
- Extra cleaning fee for only small pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
