Designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, our King Pod offers a spacious and relaxing countryside retreat in the heart of the Rangitīkei region. Featuring a comfortable king bed, this pod is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or anyone looking for a peaceful rural escape with easy access.

The pod is located close to an accessible parking space and can be reached via a lit, wheelchair-friendly access ramp, making it our most accessible accommodation option.

Inside you'll find a king bed, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a heater for cooler nights, a fan for warmer days, and an umbrella for use during wet weather.

Please note that the pod is not self-contained. Guests have access to clean and well-maintained shared bathrooms, showers, kitchen facilities, and a lounge area located nearby within the campground. Access to these facilities requires a short outdoor walk from the pod.

During your stay, you're welcome to enjoy everything Flat Hills has to offer, including our onsite café, friendly farm animals, playgrounds, and giant maze during operating hours. For guests wanting a more hands-on farm experience, private Animal Encounters may be available by prior arrangement, subject to availability.
