“The place is very clean and feels like home. The view is amazing too! The owner accomadated us when we needed to stay another night and the building staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place and will stay here again!”

“This property is adjacent to the University of Guam and is located near center of the island to give easy access to most everything. The accommodations were clean serviceable and adequately furnished and stocked. There was some nightly noise in the neighborhood, but then it was over the near year. Overall, a very pleasant stay.”

“Good, safe location. Close to all the malls, and a 2min drive to the beach. Pool was nice, if a little old. If you have kids, having 2 rooms and 2mbathrooms is a god send. Will stay here again. ”
