“Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special.When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. “Beautiful space with a decidedly contemporary vibe. Complete with all appliances and other appointments (including a first aid kit!). Owner was very accommodating and flexible. They went above and beyond by supplying a wheelchair ramp and spare keys when digital lock malfunctioned. Highly recommend this spot!”
