El StoneHouse en Prairiewood es una totalmente restaurada, raíces caliza totalmente modernizada. Una de las propiedades más singulares de la región, este era originalmente el Farmsted de Sam Kimble - uno de los primeros pobladores de la zona de Manhattan. Con construcción a partir de 1860, las maderas talladas a mano que el techo este complejo de piedra caliza fueron hechos a mano antes de la Guerra Civil! Hoy en día, la casa principal de esta finca está disponible para alquilar un alojamiento. We had a wonderful stay at this home while our oldest daughter attended cheer camp and tryouts at K-State. The property was even better than described—beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of luxury and country charm. It felt welcoming and peaceful from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the nearby trails, the lake with kayaks, and the hot tub—such a fun and relaxing way to explore a new side of Manhattan. The home had everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gorgeous, fully renovated 19th century farm house. Great rural setting on outskirts of Manhattan with nature and trails on site. If everyone in your group can handle the steep, narrow stairs inside the home and outside on the property, this listing is a 5 star gem! Seriously though, this property is not for anyone with mobility issues. One of our favorite finds in the past 10 years! Owners are awesome and have great communication.

Our youngest son’s wedding was at Blue Vista. We did a lot of driving back & forth. We did not get to enjoy the amenities that came with your beautiful property. However, we plan to stay here again so that we can enjoy all that your property has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This home and the yard were beautiful. We were having a family reunion and needed a place for out of town guests to stay and congregate. The patio and pond area were perfect. The kitchen appliances and space were great for cooking in. We spent most of our time outdoors. It even sprinkled off and on and we were fine. Ample tables and chairs along with the firepit, Jacuzzi, lights sounds the yard and access to outdoor restroom and sound system made it a perfect afternoon and evening.

This was an amazing property to stay at and so interesting in many details of the refurbishment. Word to the wise, this property is in NO WAY handicap accessible and you should be able to walk steadily on surfaces that are not entirely level and easily climb multiple stairs with luggage. Consider taking a headlamp to aid in lighting for evening check-ins.

Whether it’s to celebrate a milestone or simply have a weekend getaway, the StoneHouse will not disappoint! You can’t help but to feel inspired in this home; to curl up in one of the fine furnishings and read, prepare dinner in a perfectly equipped, gourmet kitchen, and/or enjoy some outdoor time in the open barn patio or on the back trail. This home is impeccably decorated, maintained, and doesn’t spare on details that provide the best stay possible for guests.

Staying here was one of the highlights of my year! With the nature trail out back, luxury kitchen, hot tub, bath tubs and fire pits with wood already stocked you cannot find a more welcoming place. The check in and check out was seamless and the host was some of the nicest people!

This property is a rare gem. My family stayed for only a couple of nights, and we wish we could have stayed longer (or just moved in). The house is so cozy and relaxing, and we enjoyed exploring the trails. Absolutely beautiful!

Really nice property that looked old but was nice and new on the inside. It was a perfect spot to get away for a few days but still very close to town. It’s also very unique - we loved it.

We stayed with two other couples for A weekend getaway. The house is absolutely stunning! We all loved it and plan to make it a yearly event! Becky and Kyle were wonderful to work with. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Don’t hesitate to stay at Stonehouse! It is perfect!

Beautiful, Charming, Immaculate Stone house with spacious and well kept grounds. Everyone associated with the property were professional and very easy to work with. Quick response after heavy rain knocked out TV reception. The linens were fabulous, hot tub very inviting, outdoor patio area was amazing, interior extremely well done, spotless very clean facility. We highly recommend this property and staying here will spoil you from renting other properties! IT’S THAT WELL DONE! If there was a downside to renting this facility, it would be that the kitchen and living space are not on the same floor. With that said however, I would NOT let that stop you from booking unless your group included the elderly who have difficulty navigating stairs. There is a bedroom on the main floor, along with the kitchen. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with the living and large dining space. Well done property, thank you for sharing! We hope we can stay again in the future.

This historic property has all the amenities of a five star hotel. The house as well as the grounds were immaculate. The entire family aged from 11-72 enjoyed the weekend immensely and couldn't stop talking about The Stone House. We'll be back. Thank you for your hospitality, Leo
