- Quirky, spacious apartment in the heart of it all! Situated across the street from K-State campus and extremely close to Aggieville. Easy access to all Manhattan has to offer! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and all of KSU. 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen equipped with a microwave. No pots or pans provided, but plenty of plates, silverware, cups, and wineglasses! Built by innovative builders in Manhattan, Ks with sound-proofing throughout, very quiet! We have multiple suites available if booked, under Heritage Suites. Our family has done business in Manhattan since 1955, we listen to feedback and care about your stay!

Perfect location for football game weekend. Easy walk to Aggieville. Our college kids were able to stop by and hang out for a bit. Overall great stay.

Our new go to when we are in town.
Our stay was wonderful. Tara was great with communicating with us and being flexible to our changing needs. The apartment was exactly what we needed and we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay close to campus
This is an awesome place to stay, just across the street from KSU campus. Within walking distance of aggieville. If anything, the property is cleaner than what the pictures show. We also appreciated that there was plenty of coffee for the Keurig. It’s kind of a no frills stay, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

A good home base
I needed a place to stay while attending the biennial conference of the Mid America Print Council on the campus of KSU. It was perfect for what I needed, comfortable, well equipped, near both the campus and area restaurants. I recommend it entirely.

State Cross Country
Our niece ran cross country in Wamego. My husband and i stayed here for the weekend. It was the perfect getaway. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping. We worried about college noise in the apartment, but had no issues at all. Would stay here again.

Always a Great Stay
We have rented from this host at least twice a year for almost 10 years. The apartments are always clean. Communication with the host always exceeds expectations. The unit had everything we needed and is close to everything.

In-town apartment, no complaints
All went well, and the host was kind enough to assist with an error I made while doing the original reservation. Unit is part of a large apartment complex, but this didn't cause any issues.

Dated but clean
The apartment was fine. It was just as described. I would actually consider staying there again. It’s very close to campus and Aggieville. My only consideration for the apartment was to provide a colander for pasta cooking.
The community doors leading outside the complex had what seemed to be decades of grime, where people have pushed open the door. I found myself using my elbow to push it open.
