“Tienen chinches en el colchón y en todas partes , salieron durante toda la noche y en la mañana también! Nos quejamos pero no nos solucionaron nada! Tuvimos que quedarnos por qué ya no había ningún hotel disponible! El cuarto estaba con mucho polvo, y olía realmente mal! ”

“No hacían la limpieza diaria de la habitación. Y cuando lo hacían, la limpieza era pésima. En 5 noches que estuve, solo limpiaron 2 veces la habitación. La piscina y el jacuzzi estaban clausurados..”

“The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!”

“I felt the desk person should be at the counter not sitting behind a "screen fixture." This was highly impersonal. This should be changed immediately. Lobby restroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Someone needs to review the entire facility.”

The basement area looks like it has been remodeled recently and is extremely nice! There was more than enough of anything you might need such as extra sheets, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. The price was also very reasonable! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if we need a place. ”
