“Almost everything about this property was great. The house is clean and well equipped in a historic area. The a/c and heat worked well. The location is very walkable to nearby downtown Smithville. Two issues: the stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are a bit of a challenge. They're narrow and spaced closely. Just be careful! The double bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs needs replacement. It is terribly squeaky. The couple that slept on it did not have a good night's sleep. ”

“This home is very nice and accommodating in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very new with nicely sized rooms and everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The hosts have thought of everything! There are extra towels, toiletries, pet supplies, etc. Both the front and back porches and living spaces are accommodating and welcoming The hosts quickly responded to all requests in a timely manner and were very polite. They even left a nice welcome gift. I will definitely look for this home again...

“The cabin at Lost Pines is absolutely perfect. Very quaint while still having all the amenities you need. We had five people for the weekend and it was very comfortable. I am absolutely looking to stay here again! We stayed in the cabin while attending Sherwood, so I would love to return and spend the weekend just exploring the property. The owners were very sweet and responsive. Highly recommend! ”
