Spacious 2-Bedroom at Sea Residences, Pasay — just steps from SM Mall of Asia!

Unwind, escape, and enjoy at South Pad. Our stylish, fully furnished Two (2) Bedroom unit is the perfect place for big families and friends. Located at Sea Residences, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, Philippines, it offers easy access to nearby attractions — just a 9-minute walk to SM Mall of Asia and MOA Arena, 5–8 minutes to SMX Convention Center, 5–10 minutes to PICC and Star City, 8 minutes to Ocean Park, and 18–25 minutes to NAIA Terminals via Grab or taxi.

Our unit is located in Tower B, 6th Floor, featuring 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with a balcony facing S Residences (note: balcony door is not locked). Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, but guests may request air-conditioning in the living area for an additional ₱500 per night. The unit is WiFi-ready and includes (2) full double beds, (1) single bed, (1) sofa bed, and (1) full double mattress, along with (4) bath towels and (4) blankets. It also comes equipped with a 40” Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, YouTube), refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, kitchen utensils, automatic washing machine, and shower heater — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests may enjoy access to the Sea Residences pool with a 1-day pass available daily from 7AM–10PM. Ticket prices are ₱150/head on regular days and ₱300/head on holidays. You may purchase tickets directly from the Building Admin Office (Mon–Fri: 9AM–6PM; Sat: 9AM–1PM; closed on Sundays & holidays) or request South Pad to buy them for you for a ₱100 service fee. For 1BR units, a maximum of 4 physical tickets or 3 e-tickets per day can be purchased, while 2BR units can purchase up to 8 physical tickets or 5 e-tickets per day. Requests must be made at least 42 hours before arrival, and e-tickets during weekends, holidays, or after hours have an additional ₱100 fee per ticket.

If your check-in falls on a weekend, holiday, or outside admin hours, we highly recommend requesting pool tickets in advance. Otherwise, you will need to secure your own, as South Pad is not liable for ticket availability or admin policies. Please take time to carefully review the unit description and pool access details before booking to ensure everything meets your expectations and to avoid any misunderstanding during your stay.
