I should have seen the red flag in March when I messaged the owner and I did not get any response for months! She does not answer phone calls unless it’s from the web agents. We checked im July 9 @6pm only to find out that someone was already in our room. I called her cell no. and it was put of reach. My brother tried using his phone and it was the same. We were panicking bec we have kids! I had to chat with a vrbo agent and they called her for me. Guess what… they talked with her! She picked up! when we finally spoke, she told me there was a mistake in the system so 2 websites booked it for the same day. She “upgraded” our room because of this. If that room where we stayed was already upgraded, then I wonder what the other one looked like! In one bathroom, the water was either cold or hot, no in betweens. In the second bathroom, the floor was always wet from the washing machine or toilet tank, not sure which one. No hair dryers. Some AC remote, not all. One was blowing hot air (in July) and we don’t have a way to control it. Kitchen was
decent but if you’re cooking, do so hours before mealtime because the stove takes long to heat up. There’s limited towels and no free toiletries, so bring your own! Only plus is the balcony view bec it’s located in front of the Mall of Asia. Pool is NOT free. 150php per head, per day!😳
