- Check-in time is 3–7 pm; arrivals after 7 pm incur a PHP 300 late check-in fee to cover staff overtime
- No additional visitors allowed

- Guests must send IDs of all staying adults by email at least 1 day before check in for the building move in clearance

- Turn off Aircon, lights, TV when not in the unit

- Check in times are 3pm to 7pm (if you can’t make it during these times, you can schedule a late check in, the fee would be P300 payable in cash on arrival)

- Check out is 12 noon latest, an additional 1 night stay will be charged for late check outs

- If you break anything you should report it

- Noise level should be kept to a minimum
