Room with mold in the bathroom especially around the shower ! Reception staff needs to trained and develop the sense of urgency! Took 20 minutes for the check out! Polite people but need to be trained! Room service : most of the food in the menu not available! Food quality average! Housekeeping service to be improved! Lobby very impressive! Maintenance of the rooms pretty shabby

We had a great time staying at Luxent. The pool was nice and there’s a lot of places to go around the area. Most importantly, the staff were very helpful and attentive. We’ll book again for sure!

Christmas Eve at Luxent
Spent an overnight stay on Christmas Eve with my son (autistic PWD). Room was homey and comfortable, toilet & shower area was more spacious than other hotels I’ve been to. Check in was smooth, staff were helpful and considerate. Nice rooftop pool and cabanas. Only things to improve based on my experience are: our food order at the rooftop bar-resto took more than an hour to arrive; room service breakfast pancake was not too fluffy.

空港への送迎日時を変更し、何度も確認したが最終的に予約なし、手配可能ドライバーなしと告げられて大揉めになった。最終的にホテル側のミスとなり空港にも行けたが日曜日だったのでスムースだったが平日では帰国便に間に合わなかった可能性も十分にあった。

the hotel rooms need thorough cleaning. Carpet are so dirty, there's lot of stain even on furniture. I don't see it being vacuum. The housekeeping is so late to clean up the room eventhough you put a sign outside the door. You would expect the room to be cleaned when you come back. I upgraded to a premium room to be the same floor with my family but boy there's cockroaches coming out of the bathroom and closet. The shower floor water is not draining properly. ask Housekeeping to take a look but still same issue. The last night was the worst I have to change room as cockroaches keep coming out even though the houskeeping did the bug spray. The hotel managemnt should hire more houskeeping staff to keep up with the demands of the guests. The only good side is most staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff are nice and helpful. The key card did not function in the elevator on our 2nd day that is why we need it to be unblocked from the front desk. I hope there is a Japanese speaking front desk staff so that it is much easier to communicate.

공항서 조금 거리가 있어 시간이 많이 걸림 주변 시설이그리 깔끔하지 않지만 1~2백미터 쯤 사거리로 감 좋은 식당등 편의 시설이 많다 수영장은 2개가 있는데 한곳은 삐가 있는 수영장 한곳은 깊이가 있는 수영장 규모가 작아 운동으론 별로임 체육시설은 중간정도 호텔 맞은편 로컬식당이 있는데 밤새 큰 노래소리가 들려 조금 소음이 심함 직원들은 친절하다 청소도 깔끔하고 여러 소품들도 나쁘지 않다
