All the guards were courteous, helpful, always enthusiastic & cheerfully performing their duties. Thumbs up to them!
The house keeping crews were courteous, always attentive to our needs/requests. About their cleaning skills, there’s more room for improvement to some of them. They need to be more thorough…the request was CLEAN THE ROOM…not just empty the trash, replaced the towels & toilet paper then that’s it. What happened to CLEANING? Just a suggestion, ask your cleaning crew to use Mold & Mildew Cleaner to clean the bathroom /shower floor. (Wear mask) Saturate those areas with blackish build up then SCRUB. Take a photo before & after, you will see a big difference & it will improve the dampness odor. So much for that!
There’s couple of male receptionists, instead of dealing with our issue with our room, they just blew it off. They blabbered so many nonsense reasoning but did not even lift a finger to really tackle our real issue. Then the next day, we called the front desk & a female receptionist answered. We told her our dilemma, within few minutes, she came to check our room & immediately she helped us moved in to a more preferable unit. Her initiative to help was admirable.
We really like the size of one bedroom unit, the floor plan & the decoration with functionality. We also enjoy going in & out of the mall with no sweat. We might stay there again next year.
