I love to keep coming at Windford.My family’s and I feels always the warm and friendly atmosphere. Staffs were very honest, attentive and displays an above and way beyond excellent customer service. Kudos to all staffs! security guards, parking assistance, housekeeping, concierge/bell boys. Much more very grateful and huge hooray👏👏👏 with Joel and Ms. Vangie.👏👏👏

the staff are friendly and courteous. breakfast buffet is good. unfortunately, elevators are always busy since you only have 2. but overall, our stay is pleasant. we will come back again. :)

I like the services of the staff. Hotel has short breakfast hour, I wish hotel could extend it a little bit more. Dining is very limited inside the hotel, limited hours. I do not like the smell of cigarettes smoke at hotel lobby. Hotel environment is kind of skeptical especially at night.

The hotel allows unregistered guest into rooms so there are several cases were more than 10 people are in the room - mostly relatives and children making the hotel extremely noisy with outsiders. I even overheard in the elevator a guest inviting all of his drinking buddies to his room and told his friends to just call him when they arrive at the hotel so he can sneak them into his rooms. Very disappointing as this creates a very poor atmosphere.

Luxurious Manila hotel
The Winford is a really nice hotel, with great amenities friendly staff and nice rooms. The pool area is great, with a handy bar that serves food. My only complaint is that I was always waiting for one of the 2 elevators!

The staff were all excellent. They really serve their customer with the smile. They make sure your needs are address. I needed to add another room on my second day & they accommodated it plus giving me a room with close proximity to my other room. Shout out to Colleen, she’s an angel.

Felt like l was in a prison. Metal detectors to enter the hotel, guards with machine guns around the property areas in the hotel restricted hotel eyes on everywhere you go. Happy that we only booked one night.

So..so
Not a good place if your are planning to celebrate occasions like reunions or birthdays. Too strict about how many people are in the room, what kind of food are you going to bring, how many liquors you plan to bring to the room, only 2 adults and 2 kids are only allowed to swim even you got a Suite room. They asked my guests to leave 11pm otherwise they will charge me 1400++ per person. Sucks!

Excellent staff at the hotel
The hotel is beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us as well as other guests that I met at the hotel. The staff were kind and responsive to our numerous requests. While this stay noted 3 days, I actually ended up staying for 2 months with my mom in her room. We stayed at the hotel to be near the hospital while my mom was getting her medical treatment. Each morning, staff would greet us by name, get our tables with our usual orders at the restaurant, check in on us to ensure we did not miss our shuttle to the hospital, as well as check to see how my mom was doing throughout her treatment. I was quite amazed how attentive the staff were; from the front desk and duty managers, shuttle drivers, bellhops, Security officers, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, these people were hardworking, took pride in their work, and always had a smile. They conversed with us, provided suggestions on places to visit as well as tips to keep safe. Their generosity would not be forgotten. There was some incidences at the hotel but it had nothing to do with the hotel staff. There are some guests who rent rooms to host "parties" and it can get very loud throughout the day as well as night. Since my mom was there for medical reasons, getting some rest during the weekend was challenging. When I did call to complain, the front desk staff were always generous and immediately called or stopped by our next door neighbors and told them that they were being noisy and to stop.
