Good overall place for a place to stay. Great location. When we needed help from the host we were brushed off. Had to park across the street when someone took our reserved spot so that wasn't convenient for checkout.

Perfect little get away

Condo was absolutely perfect. Had all we needed for a wknd getaway. Extremely clean, very comfy and perfect location to downtown Manistee. Highly recommend for a couples time away to relax and enjoy the adorable town roght over the bridge.

Nice Getaway for some fall colors

The property itself was listed appropriately, and in a great location. All amenities were found within the unit as listed. Really, no issues at all! Great stay for a quick weekend.

Weekend stay in Manistee

Overall a great unit. Location was the highlight, you could walk to all the downtown shops without having to find a parking spot. Unit was very clean. It had all the amenities advertised. Minor inconveniences include: Noisy (almost whistling) heater/AC unit, Shower didn't drain well, and minor road noise while laying in bed. All in all, a very good unit. Great location, and more than fair price.

Clean and Quiet

Property was modern and updated in its decor and detail. Very clean and quiet. All essentials were available such as kitchen supplies and bed linens/ bathroom towels. Overall, a great stay and will consider renting again next year.

Holiday Getaway

Property was very nice, fresh, clean and well stocked with all essentials. Had a bit of trouble with people parking in our assigned spot while they were at the adjacent bar but each night, things worked out. There is an elevator but did not have access to that coming in on the first floor. We easily had access to it from the second floor down to the first. Windows did not close in either the bedroom or the living room so you always heard voices of the bar and cars on the street. The air conditioning unit had a constant whine that at night you had to sleep with something running so you didn't hear it. The noise did not change, it was always there. The mattress in the bedroom was comfortable but it's a foam mattress which I have found that cotton sheets on a foam mattress are hot. Just a general suggestion to try linen sheets if you ever get a chance. We were very comfortable so it's not a big deal just a suggestion. The light in the corner of the living room needed some repairs, we got a wrench and took care of that. It would not stand upright unless it was leaning into the corner. A little adjustment on the base and everything was good to go. I would stay again. These miscellaneous items did not make or break the enjoyment that we had with the unit. Great location and very easy to get to.

17th anniversary

Manistee Trip

I decided to take my husband, my boss, and his wife up to Manistee to do some sightseeing and brewery crawling. We know the owner of Third Life Brewing, so we wanted to stay in town near him. The space is small, but gets the job done in terms of a place to stay. The place was very clean and right off the main downtown road. We could not have been happier. We did use the sleeper couch and didn’t find sheets for it, so I do recommend bringing some and pillows. However, I’m sure we just missed it. The floors had been just mopped when we arrived, so it smelled wonderful!
