  • Well equipped 2 bdrm, 2 bath apartment with a balcony to help you unwind and enjoy your stay. Located in the Clubhouse, guests can access the hot-tub, 24 hr fitness room or stretch in the private Yoga Room. Large open community area with free Wi-Fi, snack machines and cable TV. Complex has walking paths and dog park. Centrally located in hilltop Mankato. Unit has private washer and dryer. Walking distance to grocery, food and WOWZone Family entertainment.

Nice apartment, pleasant stay

We were in town a few days for family. We had some long days and this place was good for being able to rest and recover at the end of each day. Communication with the manager was easy and we plan to stay here again.

MSU Family Weekend

This was a perfect option for 4 of us in town for MSU Women’s soccer and MSU family weekend. Location was perfect, ate out one night and cooked the other. Had a fabulous time.

Love this place!

Another great stay.. After working 16 hour days it was very comforting to come back to the Vrbo and put my feet up. My daughter loved the bunk beds.

Incredible pad

Great accommodations while being able to spend time with my mom. The hot tub was a true gem every night for me and my daughter to relax. Christa is a great host and on it. Appreciate her tremendously.

College Graduation/Mother’s Day

Super convenient, clean, well-appointed, and budget friendly. This was our second time staying and enjoyed grilling with family all gathered. Laundry in unit is wonderful for extended stays. Have recommended to others.

Nice location and very comfortable

Great stay with family and multiple ages. Easy walk to the grocery store, McDonald's and Applebees. Also close to the mall. Good parking on-site. Comfortable rooms and furnishings. Would definitely recommend!

We have been coming to this place for years! My family loves it here. It has all of the amenities, literally just bring a suitcase. We will be returning in a few months.

Overall property met expectations. Very pleasant stay for holiday weekend with family. When enter property, you need to initially get buzzed in, turn left, then enter the next door at end of short hallway.
