Birthday Trip

The condo was well equipped for preparing meals , mostly breakfast. The lay out of the condo was very convenient and comfortable, with privacy for family members with different schedules! Also, the amenities were excellent, especially the pool and hot tub. It provided easy access to enter and with plenty of parking available close to the entrance.

Look Forward to It Each Year!

This is now the 3rd or 4th year in a row that we've started with this VRBO & we always love it! We were in a different unit this year, ground level with a separate entrance. This added to the convenience when it comes to carrying in our items & letting our dog out. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with a couple slight caveats

We loved our stay here, very convenient location and clean comfortable apartment. Check in process slightly confusing as the entrance isn’t very obvious and trying to get to 2 doors in less than 45 seconds with luggage was a challenge so that could’ve been explained a bit better. The other annoyance was having to begin the laundry process per the check out instructions. I’ve never had to do that anywhere else and for a 125 cleaning fee this was super annoying. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. A modern apartment and television in each room which isn’t always the case so it was appreciated. The hot tub was nice and helped us relax after a long day at orientation at my son’s college.

The apartment was great once we were able to get into it. If not for a kind resident we would never have been able to get through the two security doors. Upon entering the apartment we found the fobs needed. Some procedure should be put in place for people arriving after hours.

Peaceful space

Was a cozy clean apartment. A perfect place for my family to relax while spending time with a family member in hospice. A sad time for us but being able to unwind in this peaceful quiet space was essential. Thanks for hosting us.

A Gem in Mankato

Very quiet and safe apartment complex. The beds are wonderful, one even raises the head or feet! Restaurants, grocery store all within a short walk. The pool/hot tub/bbq area attached to the building is fantastic. It's quite spacious and has a bocce court. The unit itself was as described, great. We were in Mankato for a wedding and if we were ever to be back we would, without hesitation, stay here again.

Great place!

We actually rented 2 apartments near each other for graduation weekend. The apartments were awesome! Easy to walk to grocery store, Applebees, McDonalds. Beds and furnishings and decorations are really nice! Would recommend to families.

Nice and clean space

We stayed here for a week while visiting family and it was a great stay. It had everything we needed and the kids loved the indoor hot tub. Laundry in the unit was super convenient. We would stay again!

Nice Location

The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, & well stocked. The location was perfect - not far from a highway, yet tucked back enough that it was quiet. The electronic deadbolt only worked for us when we initially checked in. After going out for dinner our first evening there, we returned to the condo & could not get in. Fortunately the manager of this listing was responsive immediately & able to let us in. She was going to come by the following day to see if she could fix it. She did not show up. The entire weekend we had to leave the deadbolt unlocked every time we left. The patio door lock does not work. So when we were in, we had in the back of our minds that someone could break in through the patio door. Besides the lock issues, the condo was good. Once they get those issues cleared up, I’d give it 5 stars.

Just what we needed

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the last couple years. Each time has been a good experience. The rental is clean and nicely decorated. There’s plenty of parking. The washer and dryer is an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Stay with 2 minor issues

We were in town for a family reunion and the apartment fit our needs. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. It was nice to have a full-size fridge. Crista was very responsive. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is within walking distance of shopping and many restaurants. The only negatives I have are easily remedied and should not deter anyone from renting here. First, TVs in the unit only offer streaming and there are no instructions as to how to use them, for those unfamiliar. Second, there were no instructions on how to lock the door. We discovered that we had to enter the code and push the lock button twice in order to secure the unit. Simple instructions for these two concerns should make this unit a great choice for anyone.
