Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, the Guest House blends exposed, beams, historic character, warm collected interiors, and modern amenities. With two-bedrooms, generous shared living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a private entrance and peaceful outdoor areas, it is an inviting home base for couples, families, wedding guests, univeristy visits, concert weekends and quite Central New York escapes.

The Space

The Gues House accomodates up to four guests and includes:
- Two bedrooms
- One queen bed
- One double bed
- One full bathroom
- A comfortable open-concept living area
- A fully equiped kitchen
- Wi-Fi and Television
- A private entrance
- Complimentary on-site parking
- A private patio overlooking the farm

The interior was created to feel comfortable, refined and welcoming.

Life at Springhouse Farm

Steps outside and experience the quiet rhythm of life on the farm. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, take in the open countryside, watch the sunset, or spend an evening beside the fire.

Springhouse Farm is home to sheep, chickens, ducks, barn cats, and rabbits. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property visit the animals while respecting their enclosures and the everyday workings of the farm.

Two firepit areas are available: a propone firepit and a traditional wood-burning firepit. Instructions are provided, and a starter log and wood can be arranged for guests who would like a wood fire.

Guest Access

Guests have their own entrance and exclusive use of The Guest House and its designated patio.

Springhouse Farm is an active property, and the owners and farm animals may be present elsewhere on the grounds. We respect our guests' privacy while remaining available if assistance or local recommendations are needed.

A Few Helpful Details

The Guest House is part of a gentlemens working farm. Chickens and other animals may occasionally be heard, particularly in the morning.

The entrance door has a little historic personality and may require a gentle pull toward you while locking and unlocking it. Instructions are provided at check-in,

The property has an on-demand water heater, so hot water may take a minute or two to reach the faucet or shower.

Beautiful sunsets are common here. We highly recommend leaing time to enjoy one.
