“Worst stay I have ever had. The first morning at breakfast the plates were so dirty it put us off eating. We literally went through the whole pile and could not find any clean ones. Didn't bother going to breakfast the 2nd morning. There was an odd smell on the first day when we walked into room but it was stifling hot so put the air conditioning on and left it at that. However the next evening when we returned to the room we walked in and there was a clear smell of drugs in the room which...

“Basic rooms but lonely staff and location ”

“Would not describe the as a Hotel,no human check in ,room and hotel nothing like the websire, breakfast and bar ,restaurant were an option when we booked but was later ammended Except breakfast still advertised that morning but wasn't available, No public area to sit,no bar open even though they advertised beer garden ,very dull place,we stayed 20 mins then left ,will be contacting hotel for refund ”

“What a great stay we had on New Year’s Eve at the Ley Arms.nice clean well decorated rooms food excellent and staff couldn’t do enough Breakfast was plentiful.great way to see in the new year.thanks to all at the Ley.”

“Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year.”

“El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada dentro de Exeter, a 5min andando tanto del centro como del muelle ("quay"). El edificio, un antiguo hospital, es realmente bonito por fuera y muy cuidado por dentro. El personal muy agradable, y el desayuno increíble, con servicio de cocina aparte del buffet. Como pega, el tamaño de las habitaciones "individuales", verdaderamente pequeñas, aunque acogedoras.”
