Beautiful water view and AC worked, but house had so many decorations, heavy drapes, fake plants, etc that the dust level was too much for some of my family as it stirred up their allergies. Thankfully they had family in the area where they could stay. Somethings are in need of repair or need replacing, like oven took extra long to cook, no knobs to use vent or lights over stove, grill was disgusting, mattresses aren’t comfortable, pier in need of attention with loose boards, freezer door hard to open on main fridge, etc. Finally, host sent multiple texts, requested phone call next day to have me lock a closet for her, kept texting asking what she could do to ensure 5 star review, but only left one partial roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one kitchen garbage bag for a 9 day stay. We felt she cared more about a 5 star review than welcoming her guests.
