All though it was a very nice home it could use a good cleaning. Very dusty. Beds too soft and pillows sucked.Kitchen was okay. Could use a new coffee pot. No plastic wrap or foil. Left ours there for next guests. All utensils, cookware, assortment of glasses, etc looked second hand. Oven needs cleaning. Just suggestions. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

House is great, very comfortable for a larger group (we were six adults, three kids). One bedroom is only a foldout couch and a fairly small one (full size), comfortable enough for a kiddo or two but an adult couple would be a tight squeeze. Great location, quiet even in high season, great backyard, great kitchen and living room.

Best House!

Our children can’t stop talking about this house. They want to take all our family back. It’s placed perfectly near the beach, manzanita is an adorable town, it was extremely clean, including the hot tub! The put put golf in the backyard was so fun. We will be coming back!

Great stay Manzanita

we really had fun at this house. The house is big and warm and clean. Hot tub was great. Our group of 8 had room to spare and were very comfortable. I will also say that I really appreciate the check in instructions being sent EARLY with a door code-- everything went very smoothly, including notification of early check in. House is great and walk-able to everything. Kitchen was well-stocked. Would stay again, no doubt.

Great beach house!

The house was lovely and had all we needed for a great family gathering. It was a short walk to the beach and town which had lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. The house was a great space for group gatherings and individual time. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Everyone had a great time. We would definitely book again!

Best location

The house was perfectly set up for our family to spread out and enjoy a relaxing week. A block and a half from the beach, around the corner from Manzanita’s Main Street. This spot has everything you need.

Yearly Manzanita Family Reunion

This was the prefect property for our family! The house had a great layout and furnishing were good. My only complaint would be about the property management. We have a vacation rental ourselves and know what we expect in our own property. The towels were old and looked dirty, the house was clean enough but not great. I think it should smell like it was just cleaned and it did not. Hot tub wasn't working but we figured out that it just needed more water. After finding a hose we were able to fix problem ourselves. Toilet paper hanger in master is falling off wall. No TV in bunk room:( To end on a positive note, the putting green and fire pit were a wonderful addition and you really can't beat the location. We will definitely stay here again next summer if it's available.

Great location and great house

Can’t beat the location. House was well stocked and a great layout for multiple families. The backyard was perfect for hanging out- for kids and adults. Only thing better would be a bbq out back. Would book this house again.

Great location, perfect amenities

We loved the house, the layout and how well stocked it was. We walked to shops, went to the beach, baked in the kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub and did puzzles. Would definitely recommend for families.

Had a few glitches

I am not a negative person and I don't want to give a negative review, but we had some serious problems. when we arrived. It was 80° outside and also 80° inside. we could not get the AC to work or even the fans! With the remote controls, were not working at all. I texted to try and get some help, Took almost an hour to even get a response and like. I said 80° outside and 80 inside! We could not open windows because there was no breeze at all, and so it would have been just as hot! And then the coffee Maker did not work at all period we cleaned it and tried to get it to work. To no Avail, and we are all coffee drinkers. So we were very disappointed! And then at check out time, we could not get the front door to lock, texted to your help number, and it took them three hours to reply to us! We were long gone at that point and had figured out to get it to lock finally. You really need to work on customer service!!!

Very nice home. Close to beach.

Large, comfortable home. Very clean, except for patio (note only 4 star on cleanliness). Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Would stay there again.

A Great Choice

We could not have been more pleased with the house, the backyard (with a covered seating area, fire pit and a hot tub) or the neighborhood. We appreciated the generosity of the owners in providing so much for us in terms of kitchen supplies, games for indoor and outdoor fun, and other amenities for our overall comfort and enjoyment. The house was clean and well decorated, and the kitchen was spacious. We enjoyed using the hot tub, and there were plenty of large beach towels provided. Extras included a ping pong table and corn hole, board games and puzzles, books to read, lots of hangers in the closets, paper supplies, and soap/detergents. The house is only a few blocks from the beach and groceries, and easily walkable. We found the town of Manzanita to be uncrowded and the people very friendly. The coffee shop is handy, as are several restaurants. We were also able to rent beach bikes in Manzanita. This house could not have been more perfect. We (and our family members) would be delighted to return if the opportunity presents itself.
