“I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. “We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed.
