“They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude!
But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring...

“The description is inaccurate. It says it’s 17 minutes from Rainbow Street, which is not true. It took us 50-60 minutes to get from the home to city center. Further, the host was erratic and confrontational when we had a miscommunication, and was so oddly intense that it made my sister and I uncomfortable to continue our stay there. Really unfortunate.”
