“The host was welcoming and helpful. The house and location/view is amazing! However, we are only able to give it 4 stars because there were several issues that we had. The refrigerator ice maker and filtered water were not working at all. Because of this, our group had to do multiple 'ice runs' to the local Safeway. This alone was not a big deal. We prepaid for 3 days of heating the pool and hot tub. However, on the morning of our last full day, the heater for the pool and hot tub completely...
