Convenient to Everything

Great location, close to stores as well as easy access to the Gulf and a short ride to the Ocean. Great communication and very clean house.

Great place for young family

Overall place was great. Loved all the fences to help keep the little kids safe and not have to worry about them falling into canal or pool

Spring break in the Keys

We loved the house and especially the pool for the kids. Pool table was also a hit!! Monica responded so quickly with answers to our questions. Very nicely decorated!

Fishing

Great place. Close to airport, Publix, bait, gas. The outdoor living space offers great shade or full sun. Dock is in great shape, shaded fish cleaning table. "Secure".... soffit lighting provides for a well lit property, and a gate to close off front yard while gone on the boat all day.

Really Great Vacation Home

This house was more amazing then expected! We brought our big boat, the quick access to the gulf was so convenient and easy to navigate through. Number one thing that stood out to me was the cleaniness of the home, spotless and everything well organized. My favorite area was the downstairs entertainment area with TV and pool table, perfect for us since we stayed in one day. I highly recommend.

Family vacation with our boat

House and dock were perfect and exactly what we were expecting from the listing and pictures. Family of 5 plus two friends came along. Room for everyone. Besides sleeping, we spent most of our time in the downstairs outside area. Lots of sun and shade available. Dock is in fabulous shape and perfect for our 28 ft center console. Easy access to both ocean and bay side. Lots of parking for vehicles and our trailer. Commercial ice maker was a huge plus to keep coolers and the boat fully stocked. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Fabulous time, at a dream property

The property is better than explained in the ad. Everything at this property worked. The host was very nice and available for some of our simplest questions. If I had a place to vrbo, I would hire this host to run it. Caught tarpon in the canal. Lots of pics of manatees swimming in the canal. Pool guys showed up every Wednesday to keep the hot tub and pool clean. We were very impressed with the standalone one-bedroom house downstairs. We stayed 3 weeks and next will stay 2 mo. If available. Neighbors were quiet, just a great area.

Just simply awesome!!!!

We had a fantastic week here! The property definitely lived up to our expectations and was exactly as described. For those of you who fish this place is absolutely perfect! The ice maker and bait freezer were super convenient. Didn't have to buy ice one single time which saved time and money. That was huge for me. Plenty of dock space for the 26 SeaHunt that we rented for the week. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the kiddos. It was perfect! We managed to catch a couple tarpon in the canal, then on the last day a manatee paid us a visit so that was really neat. I could go on and on but definitely recommend this property. You won't be disappointed 😊

A little piece of paradise!

Beautiful 2 floor home with a heated swimming pool. We enjoyed spending mornings on the upper deck overlooking the canal. We saw manatees almost daily! Later in the day the lower deck area was shaded. Always a breeze. My husband enjoyed the pool table! Easy check in, WiFI. Washer and dryer was a plus! Our host provided us with recommendations for things to do, restaurants and more. The kitchen had every appliance you could want! An outdoor gas grill. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture a well. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. We look forward to returning to this home or one of their other vacation rentals. Perfect for fishing!

Every year my immediate family treks to the Keys for vacation and have learned what makes our 2-3 week stays the most enjoyable: a pool with a spa, space to spread out, good centralized location for dining and shopping, and short distance to open water. This house had everything we were looking for! The house is on a relatively quiet canal that can have you out in open water in approximately 5-8 minutes. The dock provided ample space for our 26” Twin Vee, dock fishing, and manatee visits.The bait freezer, commercial ice machine, and separate open-air kitchen was perfect for our needs. The property is spacious with plenty of room for our family (3 adults, 1 teen) but can easily accommodate 10+. The pool and spa area is beautiful and an excellent place to hang out after a day of fishing, shopping, or exploring. The gated property property has generous parking and easily accommodated two trucks, and SUV, and the boat trailer. Situated in the midpoint of the Keys, this property is the ideal vacation spot with great communication from the host(s) and great amenities!
