We had the best time in your beautiful home!We have a son in a wheelchair and your home was perfect for him to get around in The view was breathtaking!Your home had everything we needed and the food store was close by They only request I would have is a pool heater.We could not swim at all because the water was too cold but that is the only thing they we would comment on negativelyThank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!We created some great memories there!I would absolutely rent your home in the futureThank youLori Sanford

We were here for a week and had a great stay! The view is beautiful! We saw manatee swimming right by the house. The guys spent lots of time fishing and caught a baracuda, a needle fish, a lizard fish, and a horseshoe crab right from the house! Some of these species were new to us! We enjoyed laying in the sun during the day. The sunrise was amazing from the house. Plenty to do around the area as well to keep you busy! We were all sad to have to go home but would definitely return to stay here.

Location and property was just what we were looking for. The location is central to everything in Marathon and the property has amazing views of the ocean, both sunrise and sunset. Fishing off the dock was productive with a variety of snapper.

We could not have picked a better place to stay. The views, the fishing, the neighborhood and the house were perfect!We caught a ton of fish snappers, grunts, 3 sharks,2 barracuda and one enormous tarpon.We actually never left the house. DoorDash groceries and cooked our catches. Did go to King Fish Market two blocks away. We didn’t even rent a car everything you could want is within walking distance. The house was amazing. It had everything you could possibly desire. The plunge pool was immaculate. I’ve never had one so nice in a VRBO. Kitchen is very well stocked. The furnishings are very nice as well. Some places go cheap and it shows. All appliances are new and top of the line. The triple sliding doors et you open the entire house to the outdoors.Shannon is a wonderful and considerate host. She replies promptly and has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Read her booklet by the front door. There is even a trap on the dock for bait fish and a fantastic cleaning station I will definitely return to Sunrise on Sixth

Amazing stay here…. House was very clean, plenty of towels for showers and for pool. Kitchen, if you need it and it’s not there I’d be surprised, plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils, cutting boards galore, blender, drip coffee, blender, even a food processor. Views from the couch, pool or dock were amazing, just sit and watch the boats all day. Also all the pool floats you could need in the garage. Check in super simple, host very responsive with any questions you may have. All in all we would not hesitate to rent again. 10/10

Perfect Escape

We had a fantastic stay! The views were absolutely amazing—truly one of the highlights. The property was spotless and very well-maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Communication with the property management was excellent. Paradise Found

Absolutely the best location in the Keys. Once you open the back door the amazing view greets you with all glass doors across the front of house including two of the bedrooms. This house is all about outdoor living! From the covered patio, in ground swimming pool, the bulkhead and ocean all right there. Our group fished from house everyday and caught more fish than on boat they chartered. They went snorkeling right in front of house, no renting or charting a boat necessary. And the manatees put on quite a show daily. We will defintely go back.

Paradise Found

We come to the Keys for the water views and this home provided the serenity we were seeking. Being right on the ocean provided endless views from the living room, kitchen area, and two of the bedrooms. We spent most of our time outside on the well-equipped back patio. The generous overhang provided a shady area for relaxing or dining when we were not floating in the pool or fishing off the dock. Being on the seawall with a good current kept the seaweed away. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the nearby canal. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need for cooking and dining, and the fridge was brand new with two types of ice making and a convenient filtered water dispenser and self filling water pitcher. The beds were comfortable and we loved being able to access the patio from the two main bedrooms. Our interaction with Shannon was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we look forward to returning for more sunrises on 6th.

Wonderful outdoor space

We had a wonderful time watching marine life from the sea wall. Manatees cruised by daily!Part of the outdoor area is covered so if you need to get out of the sun it is perfect.The host communication was above and beyond too.

Little piece of paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is top notch. Between the ocean in the backyard and walking distance from bait shops, bagel shops and stores - we loved it. The property is very clean with everything you need for a wonderful family trip! We spent many hours enjoying the open water and watching boats go by!! Communication was always quick and helpful with the host. Would definitely come back!

Our stay was wonderful!

This property was in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. The view was fabulous and we spent many hours on the covered patio. The home & beds were very comfortable and the owner was quick to respond to questions. We'll be back next year.

Sea for your Soul!

In a nutshell… Comfortable. Cozy. Private. All we needed. Close to everything. THEN … step outside and you’ll be swept away by the view! Great communication from the host before and after! Loved it… this place will have us booking again.

Clean and comfortable! This is a property you can stay at for a week and feels like home. Beautiful view to enjoy, take a dip in the pool or go fishing without leaving the property. The kitchen is well stocked and made meal prep easy! Shannon was quick to respond and attended to our needs. This is a property we would be happy to vacation at again.
