“The location in the Financial District was excellent, near to many things and within easy walking distance as well. The rooftop pool was amazing, and the patio was a wonderful place to sit and relax and enjoy morning coffee.”

“This is not a luxury apartment as advertised. All the doors are damaged the beds in poor shape. Walls are marked up. Floors are damaged. Poor quality kitchen wares. Place is in need of renovations. The pool has lots of broken tiles and not very clean. The only good thing was the view. We actually left early and went to a nice hotel for our last few nights.”

“The apartment was OK, BUT there were cockroaches in all the apartment, we called to complain and ask for a refund but they arranged a fumigation next morning, with the fumigation the cockroaches pretty much disappeared, but after around 24 hours we spotted a couple of them again. Very, very disappointed for this situation with the cockroaches.”
