With capacity for 4 people, it is the perfect choice for families, couples or friends who wish to enjoy the city on foot, with the beach, the old town, restaurants and shops just a few minutes away.



The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of them en suite. The lounge is spacious and welcoming, equipped with air conditioning, television and high-speed internet access, providing the necessary comfort throughout the year. Additionally, one of the bedrooms has air conditioning and the other has a ceiling fan and electric heater, guaranteeing a pleasant stay in any season.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combi fridge, American coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, integrated air fryer, kettle, toaster, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware to cook with complete comfort. It also has a washing machine and a lift in the building.



One of its greatest attractions is its excellent location. At just 290 metres from Venus Beach and next to the emblematic Alameda Park, you can enjoy walking along the seafront promenade, the marina, Marbella's historic old town and a wide range of restaurants, cafés and shops, without needing to use the car.



An ideal option for those wishing to discover Marbella with all the comforts, enjoying an unbeatable location next to the sea and the historic centre.



Just as we do in all the other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodation includes towels and bedding sets. We have cots available on request for babies aged 0 to 2 years. And all of this, absolutely FREE. 🍼✨
