Este hermoso apartamento en planta baja está situado a pocos pasos de la playa y del nuevo paseo marítimo de la playa de San Pedro. Unas vacaciones sobre estilo de vida, sentirse bien, relajarse y lujo. La propiedad está situada dentro de una urbanización cerrada muy segura. Completamente renovado, incluyendo una nueva cocina de alta gama con electrodomésticos Siemens totalmente integrados. Está amueblado y decorado con los más altos estándares, con una atención meticulosa a los detalles y el lujo, y cuenta con suelos de mármol. Hay dos grandes terrazas amuebladas, una en la parte delantera y otra en la parte trasera. Perfecto para tomar el sol, relajantes desayunos al sol y cenas con cócteles. Gran televisor de pantalla plana con servicio SKY y Android que brinda acceso a cientos de canales de TV y películas, incluidos los últimos lanzamientos y Wi-Fi de fibra óptica gratis. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas de alta calidad y confortables. La propiedad cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción y estacionamiento privado con ascensor para acceder al apartamento. Un supermercado (que ofrece un servicio de entrega) y una buena selección de excelentes bares y restaurantes a poca distancia. Un gimnasio de playa está situado en el paseo marítimo a pocos pasos del apartamento. No hay mejor manera de comenzar el día que hacer ejercicio con vistas a la playa y al mar Mediterráneo y luego desayunar en su terraza privada y soleada. Puerto Banús se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche o 30 minutos a pie por el paseo marítimo.

Great apartment. Great location

Just the place to stay that we needed. Terraces on both sides of block. Wonderful shower. Superb kitchen and appliances. Air conditioning a dream The location was 1 minute from beach and from 4/5 good restaurants. Carrefour not far eitherHighly recommended

Great location lovely apartment!

The property is exactly as advertised, it had everything that we needed. It was in a great location had a new modern kitchen with all the appliances and the outdoor space was brilliant! We will definitely be using it again in the future. This is our 1st time using Vrbo and would highly recommend it

Super apartment in a great location

We were very impressed with the apartment and the location was just what we wanted with good restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Smart and modern kitchen which was very well equipped. It was good to have large patios at the front and rear. Sue, the apartment Manager, was very helpful. We would definitely return to this apartment.

A disappointing start

The property location is excellent. The quality of the bedrooms was disappointing given the position of the property The beginning of our stay was a disaster and incredibly stressful.The property manager refused to wait for us even though we communicated with her that because of difficulties after landing and picking up our rental car we were going to be late and so in the dark she threatened that she was going to leave before we got there. So when we arrived we had to call on some friends to be able to stop the manager from leaving before we arrived. When we did arrive at the property the property manager promptly left leaving us and our friends to figure out how to best use the utilities within the home, how to deal with the keys how to be able to use the various utilities in the kitchen how to appropriately use the locking systems or a general orientation to the use of the property. She was hostile uncompromising and made the start of our month-long vacation a nightmare. thebedding stay

Feel at home!

A lovely and well decorated apartment. We felt home and comfortable from the first minute. A new and well equipped kitchen. 50 meters to the beach are unbeatable! … and even two beach chairs are available - absolutely perfect 😄

Perfect Location

Perfect location, seconds from the beach. Lovely restaurants nearby and short walk to town centre. Nice quiet pool. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Appartment - Great location

Just returned from a 2 week stay, and had a wonderful time. Fleur (the host) was amazing, so helpful in these uncertain times. The apartment was spotless, has everything we could have asked for, including sunbeds. The apartment is in a great location - a couple of mins to the beach, 10 mins walk to supermarket and 20 minutes to the lovely town of San Pedro. If we went to this area again I would look to book this apartment.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

We had the most fabulous time staying in this apartment. The owner Fleur is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She replied to all our questions promptly and was extremely helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need including a washing machine. It has both a front and back terrace, both have tables and chairs and the back terrace also has sun lounders. The location of the apartment could not be better. It's approx 30metres from a shingle beach, which was never over crowded. A 25 minute walk along the boardwalk to Puerto Banus and a 20 minute walk along the boardwalk in the opposite direction to San Pedro town. Both Puerto Banus and San Pedro have a great choice of restaurants serving delicious food. You can catch the catamaran from Puerto Banus to Marbella which is definitely worth doing. A must is to visit the Old Town in Marbella. It's beautiful. I'd highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Jättefin lägenhet med ett bra läge ca 30 sek promenad från strandpromenaden. Den var modern, fräsch och välplanerad. Vi var 2 vuxna och 3 barn och fick plats utan problem! Poolen fin och oftast ingen eller väldigt få personer där. Dock ganska liten. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Beautiful Apartment with Very Private Front & Back Terraces

The apartment is in a great location, 1 min walk to the beach & 15 min walk to the main town. We were a 5 minute drive from Puerto Banus which was a very nice to place to visit if you want to go star spotting! Beautiful yachts/sports cars & all the big named shops you could think off! The beach itself is actually small stone which was the only disappointing part of the holiday but to be honest it saves taking half the beach back with us! If you are after watersports (which are not well advertised in the area) then head along the beach towards Puerto Banus & you will come across a lovely little cove that does water skis & banana boats for a reasonable price. I couldn't have wished for better communication from start to finish of the trip, Fleur with the booking & Sue couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!!!

Just loved it !

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is just perfect. Close to everything yet still very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and decorated & furnished to an extremely high standard. It has a lovely garden and pool area which we had to ourselves on a couple of occasions, it felt almost like a private pool. We had breakfast in the sun daily on the rear terrace, and spent the evenings on the front terrace. There are some excellent restaurants and chiringuitos just a couple of minutes walk away on the promenade. We had meals literally on the beach at Kala Kalua. Also highly recommended are Nuevo Reino, Bel Mare and Rafa's, all of which are along the promenade. There is also a little Thai restaurant at the top of the road near the supermarket. While it doesn't look much from the outside the owners are lovely and the food fantastic. They do a great 3 course daily menu for just €9.50! The new San Pedro Boulevard is also amazing. We will definitely be back with our grand children next year to enjoy the ice-skating and play areas while we relax with a glass of wine! San Pedro town is just the other side of the Boulevard. A lovely town which still has plenty of Spanish charm. Lovely cafes and ice cream parlours to sit and relax with a coffee & morning paper while watching the world go by. We walked along the coast to Puerto Banus most days. It takes around 35 minutes and you can stop for lunch at anything from a 5 star hotel to beach Chiringuitos along the way. Orange Square which is the old quarter in Marbella is a must. Quaint meandering streets full of little boutiques, churches and restaurants. You can then cross the main road and walk down through the marble plaza down to the beach. Well worth a visit. All in all. Plenty to do, everything close at hand, marvellous apartment. We will be back !

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

My partner and 3 children are just back after spending a lovely week in this beautiful apartment. The owner Fleur is a pleasure to deal with, answering all questions promptly and arranging transfers for us. The apartment is situated 1 min walk to the most beautiful beach and promenade, turn right along promenade till end and then right again takes you up to San Pedro which is a lovely town, there are plenty bars, tapas bars restaurants here, there is also new play areas for the children which were great too. If you turn left on the promenade from the apartment again there is a beautiful pleasant walk to Puerto banus, lovely restaurant, hotel bars along the way, you can also cut off half way up and go to nueva Andalusia which again has lovely tapas bars, restaurants etc. the apartment itself has everything you need, well equipped and beautifully decorated , the lounge has comfy couches, table and chairs and outside terrace area, there is one bedroom which has ensuite bathroom and patio doors straight out to rear terrace, here you will find another table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast in the sunshine, sun loungers too. It had one other double bedroom with separate bathroom which has great walk in shower. Kitchen is a great size with separate utility room. We had s very pleasant stay and apartment is centrally located to walk everywhere so no need for a car. If looking for Chinese, there is restaurant at top off road, turn right wen leave apartment up to roundabout, it's called golden sun and it's best Chinese uv tasted. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for central located place just at the beach. I forgot to mention the pool, my children had a great time and everyday bar one we had the pool all to ourself, great size although I would say but cold in the morning as sun is at the rear at this time but once in pool u soon heat up. This is definitely a great place to stay. One last thing, sue the manageress is always on hand if needed and dougie her partner who does the transfers is lovely too, met it as airport and gave us lots of advice on wat to do and were to go, again pleasure to deal with.

We visited this fantastic appartment for our family holiday (myself, my husband and 2 young daughters) and could not have wished for better accommodation or a better location to suit our needs. The appartment was immaculate and stylishly done out & was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The owner was friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our booking process which made the experience a wholly positive one! The front and back terraces at the appartment ensured we enjoyed the sunshine all day and the lovely swimming pool was definately the star attraction for our daughters! The beach and promenade were less than a minutes walk away & offered a vast array of bars and restaurants which ensured we never tired of venturing out. All in all, a perfect holiday at a perfect place & we can't wait to visit again soon!

A wonderful Stay

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this apartment. The memory foam beds were super comfortable and I slept soundly every night. We were able to enjoy the sunshine or shade at any time of day due to the front and back terraces which were both comfortably furnished. The communal pool was rarely used by the other residents so we had it mainly to ourselves and the beautiful beach and promenade were only a few moments away. We took daily walks along the beach front which has a good choice of bars, cafés and restaurants. The location of this apartment is excellent. The Spanish town of San Pedro, just a 20 min walk away has an even greater selection of bars and restaurants. The lively resort of Peuerto Banus is a 5 min taxi ride away and the old town of Marbella is also a must to visit.
