The ground floor comprises of the living room, kitchen, covered exterior dining area, large terrace, decked BBQ area, and infinity swimming pool. The living room offers an L-shaped sofa facing a smart tv on the wall. The open plan kitchen is fitted with top of the line appliances (Miele) and utensils, making it a dream for those guests wishing to cook and entertain from home. From the kitchen there is direct access onto the dining area terrace, with seating for up to 12 guests. The east facing terrace, accessed from the living room, is furnished with chillout seating, which looks out over the manicured garden and inviting infinity swimming pool.

Downstairs, guests will find 1 guest bedroom fitted with a large double bed and access to an ensuite bathroom with shower. The villa’s wine cellar and cinema room can also be found on this level. Furnished with comfortable seating, large flat screen tv, and surround sound system, it is the perfect place to enjoy a movie or tv show after a long day playing in the sun.

The top floor of the villa offers guests the master bedroom and 2 additional guest bedrooms. The guest bedrooms are similar in size, both having double beds and walk-in wardrobes. 2 of the bedrooms share access to a bathroom with walk-in shower, and the third guest bedroom has its own ensuite. The master bedroom presents a large double bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and walk-in shower, and floor to ceiling south-east facing windows that bathe the room in natural light. Upstairs, guests will also find the spacious rooftop terrace furnished with sun loungers, chillout seating, and some of the best views of the iconic La Concha mountain to the east.

The villa is perfect for families and sensible groups. Stag/Hen and party groups are not permitted.
