  • Welcome to our beachfront villa in San Pedro de Alcántara, Costa del Sol. This 350 m² property accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms across 3 floors, all with stunning sea views.



    The highlight is the outdoor area: a heated pool with safety fence, ideal for families with young children, surrounded by a garden with sun loungers, lawn, and a barbecue perfect for long evenings under the Marbella sun. Several terraces offer relaxing spaces for the whole group.



    The villa has private direct access to a natural pebble beach, perfect for a peaceful morning swim away from the crowds. The area is authentic and natural, ideal for those seeking privacy and a close connection to nature. The main promenade of San Pedro de Alcántara, with restaurants, shops, and cafés, is about a 15-minute walk away.



    Inside, each bedroom features its own private bathroom. The villa offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer-dryer. Towels are provided, and there is private parking on the property.

Just off the beach, a private home with space for everyone. We had a group ages 20-80 years old and everyone has their own room and bathroom, We loved the backyard, outdoor grill and all the terraces. Our host and caretaker were super responsive and made the stay very easy.

We (a group of 8 ladies) have had a wonderful five night stay in this gorgeous villa. There was so much room for us all, it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The garden area is beautiful and private and the beach is literally over the road. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and plenty of beautiful restaurants and bars a 15 minute walk away plus a couple on the beach next to the villa. Our host was exceptional at communication and incredibly helpful.He also recommended some fabulous restaurants to try plus an amazing, and very reasonably priced, private chef who catered for us one memorable evening!We highly recommend this wonderful home!

Pros: This was an amazing Villa in the perfect spot for the Beach and shops and Golf , lovely ealk approx 1 hour from the Villa to Puerto Banus where you can choose from many bars and restaurants and watch the world go by ! Mila and Santiago were really helpful leading up to our stay and during the stay, I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone with families or for men on a Golfing Holiday 👍 We hope to go back at some point Alan & Nicola, Faye & Shawn and Jessica & Finley xxx ❤️

Pros: We are a group of grown-ups who go to Spain every year to have a good time together and relax. We have now been in this fantastic and wonderful house - everything is just in a very good shape. The house is very cosy and the swimmingpool is just perfect for a refreshing dip. From the undisturped backyard you have access directly to the beach and a couple of very nice bars/restaurants. All in all this have been a fantastic vacation. Wish we could stay for a couple more days.

Pros: This was our first visit to Spain.It was above and beyond our expectations. San Pedro / Marbella area is easy to navigate and beautiful as well. The villa was more than comfortable for the 4 of us, the decor was beautiful, and especially loved the modern, and plentiful bathrooms. The owners were more than helpful getting us situated, and very responsive to questions we had during our stay. We can not wait to return to Spain and this specific villa.

This is the classic case where the house is good but the surroundings are not. The pool was heated and provided a few hours of fun for the kids. It isn’t a huge pool, so beware that older kids may become bored with it. However it was great overall—especially for our 8-year-olds. The property itself is clean and pleasant. It may not be considered luxurious by some standards—note especially the slow combined washer and dryer in the kitchen—and I have to admit I expected slightly more for the high cost of the rental. But still. It was a well-appointed, comfortable house. And without visiting a bunch of other listings in person, it may simply be what is available in the area.What concerns me about the listing is the environment around the property. It is by a beach whose view is tarnished by jet skis for rent, heavy concrete ruins, and industrial equipment just hanging out there in the sand: tractors, front/end loaders, etc. It’s a grungy, desolate beach with no visitors. It is a 5 minute walk from the house to get to nicer sands, most notably a beach club just to the right of the house.In general, though, the environment around the house is in a bit of a no-mans land. There is graffiti on the exterior walls of the house facing the beach. It is a 15 minute walk to the main promenade of San Pedro. But it’s not a pleasant walk, as it is full of abandoned and fenced-off areas, undeveloped and unpaved walkways, and a general look of neglect. I expected beauty in Marbella.
