“Beautiful property. Very clean, everything you need for a short or long stay. Only have two small complaints....sooooo dark. Once the sun goes down, it is so dark there. I would highly suggest some solar motion lights. The second is the washer and dryer. There is NOT a washer and dryer in the small guest house...you have to walk through the backyard of the main house and do around the corner and up the stairs to use the washer and dryer. Oh and also....they need to put shades or curtains...

“No response. Tried to follow up for over a month and no one mentioned anything. Managed to find something last minute through air b n b. Host never communicated. By the way the lake is so low now it’s just a little nice place to stay. The lake is a quarter mile away ”

“The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to downtown and the river. Pastries, juice, milk, cereal and coffee for breakfast. That was a nice treat. The sheets on the bed were dreamy! Communication with Ambre, the host was excellent! If you’re looking for the perfect little place in Llano, this is the one!”
