We loved the clean, spacious rooms. We especially loved the large outdoor spaces and the waterfront views from the various decks. This home was very conveniently located to the downtown shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house and location

Kayaks were amazing. Easy access to the lake and boat ramp close by. Loved sitting outside by water in evening and kids loved playing. Great place. Would rent again.

The home was impeccable. So much room,decorated nicely. Comfortable beds.The view of the river was fabulous. Will definitely book this home again.Customer service was beyond great!! MJ was a fantastic host,went above and beyond for us!!!

Great getaway

a few problems with wrong access code, a/c, plumbing but the problems was quickly addressed. Beautiful property and very convenient to water for our boat. Loved staying there

Solid House on the water

Excellent place for a group getaway. I used the home for my groomsmen and I for my wedding weekend. Very clean, very spacious, excellent access to the water. I had some difficulty communicating with the manager of the Vrbo, but overall it was a great experience.

Beautiful Home & Location

We are thoroughly pleased with this home! It is spacious, clean and well laid out. The location is close to some great shops and restaurants but why leave when you have such a beautiful home with access to the water?! The kids (and adults) made great use of the water access, too! We would definitely come back!

Charming Updated Marble Falls Home- Close to Town

Our stay at this Marble Falls was a delight. The house was just as lovely as described in the listing. It's conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The host was very thoughtful and accessible throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Marble Falls. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great house. Perfect location. Weather was not cooperating but we did enjoy hanging out inside the house. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen was perfect. Only downside was not enough hot water. 🥴

Wonderful, relaxing, beautiful, on the water

My son got married and we hosted all of the groomsmen. The house was beautiful for pictures. Clean, and had everything we needed. It was relaxing. There were kayaks and life jackets that the nieces and nephews loved. We would love to stay again. Great communications. There were wasp and they were there immediately to take care of it.

Lovely Girls Weekend Retreat

We had a great time staying at this gorgeous home on the lake! We loved the views, the many outdoor areas to gather, and the large kitchen. It was just as advertised, very clean, and we felt very safe in this area near all the downtown shopping. We enjoyed being able to walk down and kayak right from the property on a very quiet & calm part of the lake. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and resolved very quickly. Horseshoe Bay Living was great to work with, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. Would love to stay at this beautiful property again if in the area.

Perfect Lake Location for Marble Falls

This property location is ideal for experiencing Marble Falls while enjoying the lake. Located within minutes of downtown Marble Falls and a beautiful park on the lake. The house was a perfect one-story layout with a central kitchen for entertaining all. The decking on lake was in the shade by 3:00PM which was perfect for enjoying the water and not getting sun burned. The view of 2 parks was excellent and they have weekend concerts so you could enjoy the music while sitting on the dock.. Restaurants and downtown was 2 minutes away. The shopping and food are first class. Kayaking and floating the days away was a wonderful week. I would highly recommend this property and location. My family and I will be staying here again!

Lake and back yard

The huge back yard and multi deck set up on the lake was awesome. Lots of lake toys for adults and kids. The kitchen has a huge island, probably 8x10, that would up being the center of all things inside. The young boys has their TV’s so it all flowed well. We got out boat from EZ Boat rental and give them 5 stars. Nice city park across the water. They did have some litter along the bulkhead/dock from previous tenants that the cleaning crew couldn’t see from the top. Will book again.

Swamp River

The inside of this house was beautifully renovated and comfortable. The furnishings and fixtures were all new and clean. One of the beds was unmade when we got there and the outside decks were filthy, full of cobwebs, dirt and leaves. The biggest disappointment was that there was no water in the River that the property was on! Apparently, every so often they drain the lake to maintain the boat docks. There was a huge dead turtle and dead fish washed up along the “shore” along the back of the house that reeked. The hosts were very quick to respond, cleaned the decks and windows and immediately made the bed inside. They were very apologetic and brought over some wine and s’mores for the kids, but they couldn’t do much about the biggest problem, which was the water level and dead animals. We should’ve been notified :(. Very disappointing.

Perfect property for a getaway

This house is lovely! The amenities are great! The outside view and patio seating is a breath of fresh air! Our group had a ball and the house was the perfect place to stay for all of us! Plenty of room to spread out and gather as friends.

Girls Weekend Retreat

5 of my girlfriends and I rented this well maintained, beautiful home for a long weekend - the location is great - close enough to daytrip to local wineries or stay in and cook, play games, relax by the water or hang around the firepit catching up. Great space for large groups with plenty of indoor seating, parking and multiple outdoor locations/levels for socializing. We all enjoyed our accommodations and highly recommend it!!
