The house itself is very nice inside. Could use a few fixes. First, needs shades or something to block out the sunlight, especially in the afternoon/evening. Second, needs some kind of fan in 2nd bedroom, as it gets very hot. Next, is the outside! There are no fixed patio or porch lights. Only string lights controlled by a remote. The remote did work for the backyard lights, which half the lights worked! The front lights remote did not work, even after finding out the lights were unplugged! Had to unplug the front lights in order to sleep, since as previously noted there are no shades in the front to block out the light. This did cause me to trip over the stairs and scrap up my leg and hand due to no lighting in the front! The backyard is very spacious, but to many cockle burrs and fallen trees and shrubs all over to really enjoy throwing the ball for our dog. Also, not much of a patio sitting area with 3 chairs and a small table. The windows and door frames had a ton of spider webs and leaves stuck in them, so needs to be cleaned up on the outside. Lastly, was the miscommunication about getting inside the house, but was taken care of by the rental company. Overall, nice place to stay and convenient to everything in the town.
