Wonderful Villa Prisedi with Private Pool

Villa Prisedi is a four bedroom villa with a private outdoor swimming pool, located in Rakalj, a small town in Istria.



Villa Prisedi, features extremely nice rustic interior and exterior design. Guests can enjoy many additional contents, such as an: outdoor swimming pool, outdoor heated shower, entertainment room with table soccer, darts, PS4 console, fireplace grill on a roofed terrace, free Wi-fi, air-conditioning and free parking for three vehicles. Children's swing and climber are located in the garden.

Six sun loungers and two parasols will ensure everyone will have enough space to enjoy the summer by the pool.



Ground floor of the house consists of a living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

All children and babies are welcome in this beautiful villa, and baby cot will be provided upon request

Villa Prisedi is also pet friendly. Guests can bring one pet free of charge, and for 2 or more pets additional charges will apply.

The water in the pool is treated with salt electrolysis. Pool heating is possible with an additional charge of 28.5 EUR per day (150 EUR per week). If you would like to use pool heating, please, give us a further notice.



Area description and nearby activities:



Rakalj is a quiet, isolated place, ideal for a peaceful vacation. It's located 30 km from Pula, an ancient city most known for its Amphitheater and Roman monuments. The nearest restaurants and a grocery stores are located in Krnica, about 1 kilometer from Villa Prisedi.

You can find indoor pools, fitness center and a sauna in Marčana, which is located about 8 kilometers from Villa Prisedi. Golf course and horseback riding are also in the same range.
