“The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included.
Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others.

“Excellent location. Really nice quirky house. The bad: communication, cleanliness, and heaters locked too low.Annoying paperwork and communication through rubbish third-party app that the company that owns this place uses across all listing sites rather than communicating directly through VRBO.Mold in downstairs shower on the wall at approx 2m above floor. Heater upstairs was locked to be raised no higher than 20.5C.This place feels like a fairly shoddily managed commercially-run place by a...

“Satisfaite dans l’ensemble
Bien situé par rapport au lac et ville
Parking très agréable
Bon contact avec le personnel de la conciergerie
Petit détail de propreté qui mériterait un petit effort (oignons épluchures et café renversé dans les placards) nous n’avons pas cuisiné ds l’appartement bcp de restaurant aux environs
