With breathtaking views of the resort pool and a charming dock from your private, furnished balcony, you can savor the ultimate in relaxation. Indulge in your favorite Netflix movies and shows in the spacious living room, adorned with beachy décor, burnished floors, and comfortable furnishings. The full kitchen boasts ample workspace and a range of appliances to help you prepare delightful meals, which you can savor with up to four guests at the elegant drop-leaf table. Take advantage of the many on-site amenities, including a shared pool and tennis court, and return to the comfort of central AC in your suite. Appreciate the convenience of an elevator for easy access, and utilize the free WiFi to plan your next beach adventure.





    Golf enthusiasts will revel in the proximity to courses, and the area offers delightful waterfront dining and bike rentals within walking distance. Treat yourself to exquisite seafood at the Snook Inn or Leebe Fish Inc. after a visit to Dolphin Cove Marina, where you can rent boats and jet skis or charter your own Dolphin Tour! Enjoy all the amenities the Riverside Club offers: two heated pools, two hot tubs, a tennis and pickleball court, shuffleboard courts, a BBQ grill area, and beautiful walking paths along the river. If you want to explore the area, this beachfront condo is 2.5 miles from Tigertail Beach.





    Things to Know

    There is a QR code that will be emailed or texted to you 1 week prior to check-in in you will need to have on hand to access the community at the front gate.

    Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

    Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

    All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    Snowbird-Friendly - Contact us to inquire about special rates!

    Guests are required to check with the office in 24 hrs of arrival to register for a parking permit. If the office is closed, please see security in the golf cart on the property. No parking fee required unless staying 30 days or more. Please read the confirmation email for gate access upon arrival.

Everything was perfect in this condo! The view from the screened in porch was incredible and we spent quite a bit of time looking at the water. Highly recommend! Clean, neat and very easy check-in.

Best anniversary!

My wife and I stayed here for our one year anniversary trip! The location was excellent and within a short distance to everything the island had to offer. We could see dolphins from the balcony and had wonderful views of the sunsets! The property was extremely clean and the office staff was very helpful. We loved the time we spent here and would definitely book again!

Short Anniversary Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was so clean and was beautifully decorated. The screened in patio/deck has a gorgeous of the water, we enjoyed having our coffee and watching the boats cruise by. We even spotted some dolphins one morning. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary.

Good Location - Clicky Residents

Nice location with view of Sound. Easy to get to and nice restaurants nearby. Loved the Pickleball courts. The full-time residents were a little “Stand-off-ish” since we were visitors.

Great place to stay!!

The property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed! The water view was amazing and we could sit for hours watching the boats go by. We enjoyed the pool as well as the nearby beaches. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested!!
