The house itself was great! Newer construction, clean, great pool area, etc.
Customer service through Vacasa was somewhat disappointing though. The house was not ready at the designated check in time of 4pm, which was frustrating considering we were traveling with a young child, and last thing we wanted after a long day of travel was to sit around waiting. When the cleaning was done and the house was available, the provided access code/garage code didn’t work. This deferred the start of our vacation further as we had to reach out to customer service to resolve. They were quick in helping us get the lockbox key as an alternative, but still frustrating to run into back-to-back issues to start vacation.
Overall, 5 start house but poor customer service through the property management company which would make me hesitant to book through them again.
