I apologize for the inconvenience of the bathroom step and lack of glass shower enclosure. The hotel was built in 1930 and the present owners have strived to keep as much of the remaining historic nature as possible, which includes the configuration of many of the small bathrooms. I also apologize about the shower curtain. All of our shower curtains are cloth so I don't understand a plastic curtain being in your room. I will have housekeeping check into this asap.
