W.C. fuera de la habitación

Habitación limpia pero la queríamos con baño y lo que nos encontramos fue:una ducha y un lavabo pegados a la cama, y el W.C. fuera de la habitación. OJO!!! Cama INCOMODÍSIMA.

Comfortable and full of period character. 15 mins Walk to Turner and handy for coastal walks to broadstairs.

not bad but not great

Arrived a little before check in time was greeted by the cleaner kindly led us in and showed us to our room, was disappointed with the fact i had booked an en suite but wasn't given one and even took this up with the owner but still denied we had booked this. location of the guest house was great 10-20 min walk and was in the center of town, room was very clean and service was good they didn't disturb us, next door neighbors however were shouting and fighting which could be heard over the tv it was that loud, beds were hard and the room incredibly hot during the night was difficult to sleep even after we turned off the radiators, overall i'd give this 3.5/5

Lovely B&B with fantastic breakfast!

Lovely, characterful B&B. The owners are warm, helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. Rooms are tastefully decorated with very comfy beds. The breakfasts are stunning with lots of lovely touches - homemade bread, jams and pastries and everything cooked beautifully to order. High Recommended.

It was so wonderful!!! They were super nice, the breakfast foods were delicious, and the guest house was a walk away from all of the cutest places in town! I had a wonderful stay!!!

lovely custom,superlative breakfast!

bit of a dodgy neighbourhood and a long walk to Old Town but guesthouse lovely, room and bathroom very good, service and hospitality excellent and breakfast the best on offer anywhere i have stayed hotel or b and b wise.

Great B&B close to the sea front

Stayed here last minute for August bank holiday. Room was terrific and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The best thing was definitely the amazing breakfasts. Everything either locally sourced or homemade. The jam is brilliant.

Pleasant Guest House, Great Breakfast

The room was comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. There was a kettle in the room and tea and coffee was provided. The guest house is situated only a couple of minutes away from the walkway along the beach. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time. Everything was very tasty. The home made bread and pastry were a great treat. Owner of the guest house was friendly and considerate.

Great value for money and amazing hospitality

We are a Danish couple that arrived at The Warwick Guest House on our way home after having travelled up and down the UK for 2 weeks. What I assume is the owner opened the door and made us feel incredibly welcome and showed us to our room, which is spacious, clean and very cosy. When the owner realized we had to leave early in the morning to catch the Eurotunnel he offered us to make a breakfast bag that we could take along. (Great sandwiches, homemade cake and fruits). Thank you to the Warwick Guest House. We stayed in 14 different BB's and Hotels during ou trip to the UK and you offered the best service.

Be aware

The complementary parking is in fact the surrounding streets. There was nowhere to park when we arrived, we had to park three streets away and walk to the site with our luggage. The guest house is cramped and dimly lit. There is nowhere decent to eat locally. We were kept awake by noise from adjoining rooms.

Klein und gemütlich

DAs Gästehaus ist von aussen kaum als solches zu erkennen,manmuss schon auf die Hausnummern achten. Alles sehr gemütlichund sehr sauber. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit eigener Dusche,absolut ausreichend. Für ein Bed and Breakfast sehr empfehlenswert, es ist klar das es sich hier um kein Hotel handelt.Man muss halt wissen was man will. Das Frühstück ist imPreis enthalen,war sehr ausgiebigund sehr gut. Rick und Rob waren immer sehr hilfreich und hatten auch gute Tipps bezüglich Pub and Restaurant. Insgesamt rundum empfehlenswert

Wonderful

We had a great stay at The Warwick Guesthouse. Rob and Richard provided homemade food and even provided a menu of items to choose from. They offered us advice on great places to eat for the evening and sights to see. The beds were comfortable and the home is cozy.

I'll stay here again!

Simply wonderful choice for breakfasts. My room was small but gave me everything I needed and the bed was delightfully comfortable, I slept really well. Without any hesitation they will be my first choice for my next visit to Margate.

Great service, caring welcome. The room was good and great value (I even got an upgrade from the single room I'd booked, whcih I really appreciated). The breakfast was excellent and the home-made bread and muffins made it extra special. The bedroom furniture and decoration was pleasantly old-fashioned and completely in keeping with the age of the house, making it a nice environment to be in and refreshingly different from the large hotel chains. I certainly recommend it - it's small and therefore far more personal. It definitely lived up to the excellent reviews I'd read!

Lovely feeling, excellent service

I really enjoyed staying, the house is very clean and quirky!! The owners are attentive and do a mean breakfast, consisiting of Home baked cakes, bread and even preserves!!! Well worth a stay.

The second time we've stayed now, and they are obviously getting ready for the summer season, the new paint job and extra fittings look great with out taking away from the old features of the house! The host is welcoming and attentive, and breakfast is spot on! It's definitely where we stay when in that part of the country!

Half way between Gallery and broadstairs

The Warwick was a clean, warm and comfortable place with a great breakfast full of options and quality. Around 20 minute walk down the coast to the Turner Gallery in one direction and (although we didn't make it that far) to Broadstairs in the other direction. We liked a walk into the old town rather than staying there as it gave us the option of a quiet walk along the cliff path and down onto the beach....despite the snow we had a fabulous time and are glad to have found a place so close to London for an inspiring and relaxing break.

A jewel in a somewhat shabby town

This is a converted Victorian terrace house, with no lifts and limited street parking. But the owners have decorated and maintained the place wonderfully, and the breakfast was better than I have had in much more prestigious hotels. Be aware that not all of the rooms are en-suite.

Very friendly and welcoming. Our top floor room was perfect with a gorgeous en suite bathroom........and a sea view. :-) Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of options. Perfect for a pre-marathon stay.

Amazing gourmet breakfasts

My stay started badly because the agency did not inform me that check-in time is after 4pm. Once settled it was a delightful experience.
